Does anyone know how I can reset Alistairs personal quest, I didnt make him hardened but I really want too before the landsmeet. If there is not a cheat, can anyone help me make an item or something in the tool set to do this? also I could live with something that just activated the "hardened" flag on him.
please help me

Hah, tall order, but here it is:
-) Open your toolset, go to File->Manage Modules, Open the Single Player module.
-) File->New->Script
-) I called mine "set_alistair_hardened", leave all other options at default.
-) Put the following into the script:
-) Save the script, the log window at the bottom should show only infos, no warnings or errors.
-) This is a cleanup step - go to Documents\\\\BioWare\\\\Dragon Age\\\\packages\\\\core\\\\override\\\\toolsetexport
There should be a couple of files there, delete them, they are intermediate files for the compiler.
-) Check if there's a set_alistair_hardened.ncs in Documents\\\\BioWare\\\\Dragon Age\\\\modules\\\\Single Player\\\\override\\\\toolsetexport
If not, something went wrong.
-) Start the game with the developer console enabled (more info here http://social.biowar...dex.php/Console )
-) Open the console (tilde key), and type "runscript set_alistair_hardened"
-) Next time you talk to Alistair, his "You know, I've been thinking..." conversation starts, when he asks about if he should be looking out for himself more, tell him that he's right.
That should do it.
Ciao, muh!

Is there a way to harden him afterwards WITHOUT the toolset?

If you are not above installing a mod this is a great mod that has this in it: Machiavellian Tome - Romanceable followers only, Sets or unsets Hardened flag. I found it on the Dragon Age Nexus, great site for Mods, also uninstalls nicely.

I'm thinking about editing a 360 save to do this, as apparently you can edit 360 saves with the Toolset. Is there any possible way to do this with ease? I don't have a Console on the 360 so I can't run script, is there any way to just change a flag?
