OP ... wow .. hey, tell DragonRacer to add it to her resource thread, just drop her a PM and ... wait, never mind ... just hope DragonRacer sees this and can add it, 'cause ... OK ... I'll stop with the snark.
Really, awesome work, loads much faster than BioWare's version, plus provides much more useful information.
That said, on FireFox, not all the stuff works properly.
I can't select above level VIII on some weapons (IX and X are out of view of the boundaries set for display). Perhaps if I change my zoom level ... or just a FireFox issue. [changing text zoom fixes problem]
Next, maybe also a FireFox issue, once I select a pistol for my secondary weapon, I can't do anything with the weapon. I can set the mods, but notthe weapon level or [changing zoom fixes this] or change to another weapon.
All that aside, beautiful work OP, really awesome. Much more useful than it's N7HQ equivalent.
Edit add: changing zoom level fixed the weapon level issue, but the secondary weapon issue did not go away.
Second edit add: If I "empty" both weapon mods from the pistol (in this case, the Acolyte) then I get the pistol options back and can select another weapon. I'm thinking this is a glitch, since I don't have to do that for ARs, SRs or SMGs.
Third edit add: If I select either Power Magnifier or Ultralight Materials, the problem I described with the pistol is repeatable with all pistols. It could be there is a similar bug in other mods for other weapons, but I did not check them all. The other mods for pistols don't have a problem, the ability to change pistols is not hindered. Also, with those two mods, it doesn't matter if they are in the first or second slot. Also, it is not dependent on any other mod chosen, either the PM or the UL, in either slot creates the issue.
Again, great work OP, I'm trying to help, not trying to criticize. And fully without snark, DragonRacer needs to add this to the resource library as soon as possible.

Select 2. weapon and click again on the weapon logo. There you go. No firefox issues for me.Grinch57 wrote...

OP, this is awesome! Thanks!
And I have not noticed any problems with Opera in the first quick test.
I will take definitely a closer look into your Builder tomorrow.

Great job!
Some technicality: I believe you still have to make a distinction between additive and multiplicative damage bonuses.
Also, melee damage is a must

Updated from my first post:
Really, awesome work, loads much faster than BioWare's version, plus provides much more useful information.
For those like me who could not initially see all the weapon levels, changing zoom on your browser should fix it.
A repeatable bug, after I select a pistol for my secondary weapon, I can't do anything with the weapon or change pistols if I've selected either the Pistol Power Magnifier mod or the Ultralight Materials mod. Other mods don't seem to have the problem and it does not matter which slot you put it in. To fix it, empty whichever mod slot you have the MP or UL in and you will be able to get your pistol choices back. It could be there is a similar bug in other mods for other weapons, but I did not check them.
All that aside, beautiful work OP, really awesome. Much more useful than its N7HQ equivalent. I'm trying to help, not trying to criticize. DragonRacer needs to add this to the resource library as soon as possible. Way, way cool and beautifully done.

Nice job. Really amazing.
FYI, the melee boost from 50% melee bonuses from Sabotage Tech Vulnerability and the Shotgun OmniBlade are multiplicative with every other bonus. QFI maxed melee should top out at 6007.5 if you calculate it right -- it's currently well below that for some reason. See sig thread for more details.
