a) The same way we can check power boxes (such as Bloodlust) to see the corrected bonus values they give, it would be nice if we could check the Melee synergies also (level 5a and level 6a).

Try switching the various Vorcha Res specs, you'll see that carnage's cooldown is actually HIGHER when you select "weapon weight is reduced in ...%".

This is definitely a very stylish
looking character builder with a great interface and really easy
handling. If I want to show someone a particular build it's definitely a
great option to use, but generally I find Narida's builder to be much
much more useful. Especially the way it displays the damage to different
enemy protection (shield, barriers, armor) is probably one of the most
useful things out there, and (even though it does make the builder much
more complicated) I love how it shows the exact numbers of each
evolution.
Also, activating powers that effect damage (like tac
cloak or hunter mode) doesn't seem to do anything, but I guess that's
just a bug.
So, all in all a great effort on your part and
definitely a better design than Narida's class builder, but in the end
too little information for my taste.
Activatable powers also only apply their effects if an appropriate rank is selected. If you think something isn't working, I'll need a link to the build and your browser version to try and see what's up.
I had not seen the hidden numbers when howering over the dotted lines, and even though I still miss the exact numbers given by each percentage bonus, this just makes your builder a ton more awesome. And including headshot damage values and bonuses applied by debuffs is simply incredible.
The problem with activating powers not working seems to have been on my end, btw. I was using Opera and am now using Firefox on a different pc and it works completely fine. I'll just have to see if I can get it to work at home, otherwise your builder would still be rather useless to me, sadly.
Anyway, sorry for the harsh critic. I definitely need to learn to look more closely before criticising something.

EDIT: also, geth weapon bonus and tactical cloak bonus stack separatedly so 25% multiplicative and 10% multiplicative becomes 1.25x * 1.1x = 1.375x (geth infiltrator case).

- it's a bit slow to choose a character that is at the end of the list (have to click a lot to get there). I would suggest either expanding the list to its maximum or use a scrollbar.
- the Javelin's capacity is always 13 (my Jav's at VIII and its capacity is 22).
- now that there probably won't be anymore patch, maybe you could take into account the most famous bugs (e.g. new mods not applying weight penalty on vanilla weapons). Add a small graphical hint if you want to alert the player of the bug.
- specify when a bonus is additive or multiplicative (e.g. Geth weapons on Geth characters with Network AI)
- ammo bonuses would be great

13825 (too much intermediary rounding ?)

Found a couple issues in Chrome 27, but minor ones. It's also a little more user friendly on the iPad than Narida's though a couple minor issues crop up there too.
Again, it looks great, OP. Can tell a lot of work went into it from looking at the code briefly.

From the posted builds, it looks amazing!
I however, can't seem to get past the blank character select screen... Any suggestions? I would really like to try this!
