The only thing that really seems off to me is the lips. Everything else is close enough or can be attributed to aging or art style/engine changes.

I think the lips are being thrown off by how they're animated more than anything else.  If you catch her right as she appears, when they're more at rest, they look more normal

Very good look. I love what they've done with Morrigan. Big improvement over DAO. Dress is great, hair great, more gravitas in the face. I hope it looks the same in game.

My first thought was, "It's Flemeth in a Morrigan suit!"

Whether it is or not I thought it was a step in the right direction. She makes DAO Morrigan seem positively idealistic.

I'm a heck of a lot less interested in picking apart every little nuance of Morrigan's appearance than I am in speculating what part she'll play in Inquisition.

However, as that's not what this thread is about, I'll say I think she looks great. Super excited to see her in-game, which for me is new; I'm not really Morrigan's biggest fan.

It does look somewhat better there. I'll add that in the OP.

She looks a little.....off. Just.....off.

The hair should not be doing that thing where it covers half of your face or your eyes.

And she looks like an elf. Like that guy Iorveth from the Witcher games.

I'm not too crazy about her outfit and don't like her look all that much.  However, she looks appropriate compared to Dragon Age: Origins trailer.

her lips when moving make the whole face weird but as pointed out when at rest she looks like Morrigan. I hope they correct the lip thing.

I like this one -- it totally works.

The other shots make her look like she has some weird puffy lower jaw and giant lips.

Hopefully they they'll tweak that.

Varric on the other hand,  who was that?!?

I love it.

She's like a mix of Morrigan and Morigan with a sprinkle of Jack and a kick of Moriggan.

Oh another plus I forgot to mention: I'm glad she didn't get the "Every chick must have massive boobs" treatment.

It is a new engine and in Dragon Age a long time has passes. So am not surprise that they changed her look as more then likely other characters in the DA world. So I think that it is fine. Am sure that it may change again during the game itself.

At least it's no ME3 Ashley. Might as well give Morrigan full heavy plate armor. Sex appeal, brah.

Does anyone think she looks a bit like the CG Morrigan they used in the early trailers and the Witch hunt logo.

Too bad she doesn't look appropriate at all compared to the actual Dragon Age: Origins.

She looks dark, mysterious, and incredibly beautiful. Typical Morrigan, Exceptionally great in-engine representation.

<---- I don't blame this guy for leaving Thedas behind with her.
