So this game has been confirmed at E3 to be Open World. My only question is, how big is it? Will it be the same size as Skyrim (limited to one province)? Or will it be as big as The Witcher 3 (20% bigger than Skyrim)?

It's not free roam open world. The levels are just much bigger, and exploration is apparently a bigger part of the game. So I guess picture...being able to run around Kirkwall without loading screens but still having to select Kirkwall on the map? I dunno, but I'm sure they'll show us eventually.
