I've just discovered this. I've never had such a long cutscene, and I've played all the Jimmy parts in South Park Stick of Truth

They do those behind the back pull-ups, which are harder. I did 8 before I hit my head on the bar and decided to stop.

I remember I could at one point do 23. I wish I was young again. I've tried recently and struggled to do 1. Got laughed at and told to get off.

Nope, any Shep can do it. Fair warning though: to complete it is actually more trying for the player than for Shepard. I did it once, and that was enough.
