I tried to be nice to Kenny but he ended up saying that I was a dick to him. So for that Ben>Kenny
I'm guessing you didn't back him at the Dairy?
Lee can back Kenny on every decision or confrontation prior to that, and he'll accuse Lee of never having his back if Lee doesn't want to cave in Larry's mug with a brick.
Kenny is an emotional dude that holds onto grudges they are gold.
He'll still go with you to save Clem. Kennys reaction is fine because guess what, when oyu ****** somebody off, they won't just go on their knees and kiss your ass like a Bioware companion. They will voice their displesure and they will show it in TWD. I loved Kenny because he was so human, and my bro.
Kenny is one of my favorite supporting characters in the game. But if I'm going to be honest about him, he can be a bit selfish at times, is overly emotional, holds onto grudges, and is prone to overreaction. He does overreact in that scene because he accused Lee of never having his back, when (depending on choices) Lee may have had his back on nearly every decision prior to that one.
Of course character flaws help make a character feel human.
EDIT: Telltale killed off Chuck way too soon. I wish he had survived and was one of the characters we'd run across in the sequel. I loved his hobo wisdom, and the zombie apocalypse needs more guitar.
