He didn't because he knew he wouldn't get his family out without Lee and I understand Kenny's reasoning and mindset towards certain actions, but he talked and portrayed himself "harder" than he acftually was.  

Once his family is dead and he's got no reason to stick with Lee, he still does so.

Because he knows he won't get far without someone like Lee.

I like The Walking Dead's comics because they introduce characters, leave them be and you never find out what happened to them. Creates a larger world without having to expand much. I loved the threads on the TellTale forums asking if Glenn / Hershel ever thought about what happened to Lee and the gang.

The fact that Lee and the gang were killed off within a sliver of a comic's timespan is depressing and I love it.

If it makes you feel better, I was swarmed once and devoured by Walkers when I claimed that I liked Kenny more than Clementine, whom I saw as an obvious attempt to make a "likeable" kid because "real" kid characters--similar to Duck--are hated.

I've steadfastly avoided most, but ... it's kind of hard not to see where Lee's going, arm or no arm.

I don't think that's Kenny, it would just be silly to show someone who's fate is unknown in the first pictures, especially after Telltale said they are "exploring" his fate.
The way Clem is looking at him with suspicion... i'm pretty sure that's a new character
