I'm dying to find out what happens with Luke. I like him (if choosing him over Kenny at dinner isn't solid proof then I don't know what is!), but after Episode 2 it's hard to shake the feeling that something is fishy about him. And on top of that, some folks on the Telltale forums think that Kenny may have snapped and killed him. Telltale's trolling knows no bounds, so I wouldn't put it past them to do something like that.

C'mon, Luke can't die, take Nick instead. He's my favorite character so far. Being the hottest guy in the cast doesn't hurt either. As for Kenny, I'm a bit creeped out by him. It seems like he looks for a replacement for Duck in Clementine and that other chick for Katjaa. I'm not sure how long his make believe family is going to last, but knowing this series, Kenny will likely die protecting Clem.

I still think there's something fishy going on Luke's group. Maybe I'm dead wrong but Carver doesn't seem to be the real bad guy to me (even if Michael Madsen is the VA and he's notorious for doing psychopath characters).

 

And if the clues are right, Carver's group is the same one of Tavia's and where the people from 400 Days are (since Bonnie is the only one who goes without questioning and independent of our actions on the DLC) so it could be not so bad like Carlos and the others say.

The only person that can be trusted at all in this entire ordeal is Kenny, he's the only one who deeply cares for Clem--"duck" thing or no--and knows what you've been through. The others are incompetent, stupid and shady. When given the choice between Carver or Luke, I'd most likely choose Luke because I know nothing about Carver but I don't hate the guy.

He doesn't kill unless he has to and tries to be courteous which is always a desirable trait.

I'm finding it difficult to keep track of who everybody is, I guess from playing the segments so far apart. I vaguely remembered the new group from playing Chapter 1 back in January, but aside from Rebecca and Sarah, I was fuzzy on what sort of interactions they had with Clem at the time. And I didn't even recognize Bonnie as being from 400 Days, which I must have played sometime last July. There were also a couple of times when I had a bunch of dialogue choices and had to pick one without being sure if I was telling the truth or not. For example, when Carver talks about losing seven people, Clem can say something along the lines of "I saw them and they're all dead," but I can't remember now whether she did or not so I went with something more neutral like "that's a lot of people."

 

Maybe I need to go back and replay 400 Days and Chapters 1-2 shortly before 3 comes out, because I don't feel like I have a very good grasp on the narrative right now.

I just feel like he's the governor of the Telltale Walking dead.That guy is insane .

I enjoyed this episode but it gets a bit annoying playing an eleven years old , who has to do everything.Lecture grown man about not going all suicidal , save them from walkers , always having to go "Can you all please calm down ?/eyeroll" , they can't even figure out how to cut the power from the windmill.

A few of the times that they asked Clementine to do something, I figured the reason was that she's smaller and would have an easier time not being spotted or not making too much noise.

The episode was quite good , but every five minutes an adult is asking a little girl what he/she should be doing.I mean the way the other girl is treated is much more believable.But whatever , Clem is the protag so she has to make the plot move forward.

Yeah, Carver certainly isn't a good guy.

 

We haven't really seen enough of him yet to make an informed judgement about his personality, but at best he might be a villian similar to Loghain; Not necessarily outright evil, but ruthless or cruel in pursuit of certain goals and with a dictatorial streak.

Just popping into this thread to say that I picked up TWD season 1 and 2 on sale with PS+, so I'll be starting on those pretty soon (thanks to how much I love TWAU) after I finish The Stick of Truth. Looking forward to these, since I've managed to keep myself mostly unspoiled to this point.

The lines between good and evil are blued in TWD, very few characters in the series have claimed the "evil" card. Carver does not fit the bill. My Lee did alot of crap, does that mean he is evil because he cared about protecting Kenny and Clem more then anything?

 

We don't know Carvers side yet, we do know this group is shady as heck and refuses to tell us why Carver is evil and then how Carver acts he's either putting on a good show or he's just a more smarter Roman, which is not evil.
