I think the game is actually further ahead in the timeline than even the current issue of the comic series is.

It is, flashing forward 2 years puts it way ahead of the other mediums.

Clementine as the protaganist is weird. 

 

In the first season, she was an ongoing guilt trip, serving as a moral compass to keep you from doing terrible things out of expediency.

 

In the second, she's doing all the lying Lee was. Though I thought her little "oh sh!t" was hilarious.

I like it. Feels like my Lee lives on through her in a sense. 

 

My Lee was a good guy, with a bright outlook on things; and despite some trust issues, I can play Clementine to echo that.

Two years have passed since the events of TWD season 1 which hardened Clem, also you don't need to lie as Clem, you can be truthful.l or take advantage of her age, nothing wrong with. With what my Clem saw in season 1, it makes sense how she is now.

So somebody on the Telltale forums had an interesting find a little while ago.

 

 

There appears to be a walker model in the game files with an 'arm stump' and 'full arms' version. Alright. But then if those files are then deleted:

 

 

The corpse that we were speculating to be Lee a while back is now mysteriously gone from the preview image. Arm stump or full arms. Huh. Still a long shot if you ask me, but curious nonetheless.

 

So...you all who didn't shoot Lee best be reconsidering right about now, in any event. :S

There's some speculation on the Telltale forums about that.

 

Some say she'll be dead, some say the episode will end with her world view completely shattered, given the 'rose tinted glasses' symbolism her glasses have always been thought to represent.

It should also be mentioned that this episode's file size is more than twice as big as episode 2's.

 

Make of that what you will.

At first I thought well, it's gotta be Alvin that gets murdered, but then he can die in Ep 2 so it's got to be someone who can't die in previous episodes I guess. Anyway, looks like it's going to be exciting stuff, lot's going on.

 

Some people mentioned on the steam forums that when these things get uploaded the episode tends to come out 2-3 weeks later. Something to look forward to.

Episode 2's achievements came out on February 28th, and the episode itself was on March 4th.

I say the murder will be either Luke or Carver. You will have the oppurtunity to oust (or attempt to oust) Carver in favor of Luke, leading to one of their murders.
 

The beat down will be Kenny. He'll be too much of a hard ass to get along with Carver and Carver will beat the **** out of him.

Seems likely given the preview. Though the achievement description seems to be saying you as the player are going to get beaten down, as in, Clementine. 

 

Maybe Clem will jump to his defense or something and...waaah.

to walkers and we will use a PA system to draw them in.
