I actually posted something similar a while back. I doubt it's going to be Lee because even if you didn't shoot him, it wouldn't make sense for him to trek across the entire east end of a country and coincidentally bump into Clem - assuming that final slide takes place in this Wellington area we keep hearing about.
Rather, if it is Lee, I think it may be more of a dream sort of deal. Much like Lee dreaming about zombie Clem in episode 3 of season 1. Just looking at the slide, and listening to the preview soundtrack for episode 5:
Leads me to the baseless speculation that Clem is going to be losing her mind a bit by the end, probably all alone after everyone else is dead. So such a thing would make sense.
