I'm hoping the real time, pseudo-Kingdom Hearts combat is still intact. It looked to be but I couldn't tell for sure.

At least they can finally focus on Kingdom Hearts. The game looks good so far, I hope they have more Kingdom Hearts influence seeing as how KH team was a part of the development.

Well it's not turn based or an ATB system, but it would be a blatant lie on my part to say it didn't look fantastic. And if it plays like what it looked like (a craaaaaazy and heavier version of the KH system) then it will be just as good as it seems.
So no complaints/concerns here. Can't speak for anyone else obviously.

I'm a FF fan though I was disapointed with FFXIII. The combat looks so fluid, and amazing. I have no complaint.

Looks like an ARPG or something. Cool by me I guess, I have no problem with ARPGs, but... do you still have a party? That was kinda a big deal in all the FFs I've played. It showed all those narrowed partial portraits, but I didn't see any party members in gameplay except maybe one dude.

Pretty much this.
I'm a fan of the ATB system but I'm always open to trying something new for the series (I've never played KH, but super into FF). There's no way I'm going to judge it until I've actually tried it and Ghost is right, it does look fantastic. Sometimes a little innovation can be good, so I'm curious to see how it turns out. I have been disappointed by a FF title yet, tbh. (Well XIV maybe... but they're working on it!)

I'm glad that Square Enix is now un****ing itself from the atrocities that were Final Fantasy XIV and Mindjack in 2010 and 2011.

Nomura has described the protagonist Noctis as a shy and timid person, though he tries to compensate by "acting cool". Noctis tends to act more openly with his friends, although they can see right through his false "cool" demeanor. His family is also said to be comparable to the modern day Yakuza.

If the game goes back to his roots concerning story (as in FFXII) this will be a sure buy from me.
The trailer looked amazing and reminded me a lot of FFXII.
FFXIII was a huge dissapointment for me storywise and the last game I bought in the series.
