would you honestly rather know a bunch of stuff now with very little revealed between now and next fall, or get info consistently every couple months or so?

Why not both?  After all, we were promised information on the game so that our comments on it could be taken into consideration.  This has yet to happen even once.

Because they also said they would show us and not tell us.  They never said when they would tell us when something was going to be revealed and its still a long way (for us) until the game is released.  I rather not have "you lied to us" again because things were changed to try and get the date out for release.

Yes, but it's impossible to give input on something we can't see.  Here's the problem:  Waiting to show the game until it's ready to see and giving us a chance to have input are two completely exclusive things.  You cannot have both.  If the devs wait until it's nearly done to show it to us then it will be too late to change anything.  Personally, I'm fine with seeing a half-assed version of the game if it means Bioware will listen.  If they don't show us anything in time to make changes then you will hear people saying "you lied to us", because the devs said we'd have input, and if we don't then that was a lie.

nope.Nothing more. Don't expect to see any kind of game footage the rest of the year.

Even if Bioware wants to show us things, it isn't fully up to them. EA may have a noose around them with the rule of "show only what we say, when we say."
