I think dwarf politics and especially Bhelen - Harrowmont bitter feud were the best part of DA:O. When you knew that noble and honest Harrowmont led Orzammar to isolation and decline with cracking down a rebellion of casteless, while evil and manipulative Bhelen made succesful reforms, it was brilliant. The best quest of DA:O with long-term consequences. I just wish devs gave us more information about both candidates. Origins of both noble and commoner dwarves were very interesting too. 

Then Landsmeet was fun with all gathering of support from aristocracy. You can even defeat Anora, if you got all nobles and chose right replies there. Awakening had some good moments too with a conspiracy. So it would be nice to see more of that in DA:I.

I would love to see more of it, especially dwarven politics. I want my Warden to be King.
