It most certainly is.  They have you locked in to their system and are forcing you to pay for multiplayer.  It's gouging.  They throw in the free games to try and cover up that fact.  I don't want their free games.  I want to play the games I've paid for on the system I've paid for through the internet I already pay for.  You're multiplayer is being held hostage by the console manufacturer.  

Xbox paid online = better servers and supportPSN free online = not so much
I want better servers and service so I'm willing to pay.  I saw the writing on the wall when they first implemented plus---it was eventually going to be required for online.  I'm glad they waited for the next gen before forcing it.

For us Brits the PS4 is $200 more expensive than it is for American gamers.

Point out the part where I said they were PS4 games. I was comparing it to Gold's new feature of adding free games, but how old they were compared to PS+'s free games at the same time.

Well I hate to play the devils advocate but Xbox Live's free game this month is Fable III.  And while it may suck it's still a newish game.  Still though Microsoft is only doing this as damage control from the massive reciprication they received from E3.

So it is just Fable 3 compared to the others? I was going off of the two they announced during the press conference. Makes it worse in my eyes.

Overall there is no way of determining whether the PS+ service that we recieve today is what we are going to recieve when the PS4 arrives http://www.shacknews...res-but-limited. I'm guessing that it'd be about a year before the good games start being put on PS+ for free.

Battlefield 4, Killzone: Shadow Fall, Warframe and Planetside 2 will keep me busy on PS4 at launch. Two of those are free to play. There is also an indie game similar to Amnesia: Dark Decent that is claimed to be free on PS+ when it comes out and its not Daylight, I forget the name though. Looked fun. You're a reporter investigating and you have a camcorder with battery life...no combat but loot and enemies that seemed aggressive.

So Jack Tretton said they want to build the PlayStation 4 here on Brazil and sell it with the same price of USA and Europe.

If that turns to be true Microsoft is done here in the country.
