The Justicar is most unique and probably the most fun, just wish the bubble animation was slightly faster. They are all pretty good though.

You can lynch me but I find the Bobbycar the best class.
I love reave and the sphere can be pretty nice as well (makes a tanked Juggy virtually invulnerable ).
Granted pull sucks a little, but at least you know how to spec her then.

She really does.  Especially pre-Dragoon Cerberus.  I always thought he was added specifically to counter her.

Justicar. Favorite character of all. Numero uno. Bestest, most loved. My Justi, my AJ.

Valkyrie. Fury is ahead of her as one of my top characters, but love that Valkyrie. Boom, boom, boom.

Huntress. I think she's underrated. Like her a lot, probably ranks just below the Valkyrie. Boom, boom, boom.

Vanguard. Once I learned to play her, a character that exists in the great blob of kits I like, but not my favorite.

Adept. Probably struggle with her most. I think because I would rather play the AJ or Fury if I'm going to play an Adept.

Why do I have to choose one?

They're all amazing.

AJA has area reave and biotic sphere ; the vanilla adept has stasis bubble and lots of biotic 'splosions ; the huntress is just a pleasure to play (not to mention she helped my get my sniper achievements since I can't snipe normally) ; the vanguard is just awesome sauce with stasis bubble and lift 'nades .

I suppose I'll have to weigh it up by saying which one is my least favourite, and that's the Valkyrie simply because I don't do her justice. I'm not good at getting up-close-and-personal with the enemy, which is what she does.

If I was absolutely pressed into picking one as my all-time favourite, I'd have to go with the asguard for her versatility and power. I'll never forget the time I scored over 210 k (a personal best for me ) with her at level 4 against gold geth on FB Condor...
