Wave 8 gets 3 missiles on double crabs.  Hope to not get multiple target objectives.  I think I used Incendiary.

I found switching my drone to a rocket set up made a huge difference during that solo.  Also, as Kocka said, 3 missiles on wave 8 will deplete the praetorian budget quick.  Wave 8 has a max of 6 praetorians.  Other than that, become the true abomination hunter to speed things up.  

 

I ran drill ammo for extra wall hack and double hit abuse.

That challenge was awful, by the way.  I would say it was harder than Ariake for sure.

I agree BTW re Ariake; I thought I was ready for this and it would be relatively OK (no 10 WS after all), but the combination of no weapon damage, no power damage, and mediocre shields is just nuts! I'm thinking about going Bat guantlet just to get some damage output

 

Also definitely going with missile drone, I suspect it'll beat me in the deeps stakes.

Almost had 10 waves survived but a ravager got me, which is a little frustrating. Couple close calls with banshees though! Their love for the Krogan is strong. Vid is uploading

^ nicely done! I may try some of the outliers later, but the no cylconic no Geth scanner freaks me out a bit. I like my crutches!

 

To take my mind off from Blasteroid I did week 7:Peak 15 quickly (not in actual time, but it was at least a one and done). Nearly got 10 WS (overwhelmed on wave 9). Of course having gone cyclonic (which I NEVER normally do on the Juggy) I got 3x devices. Kiting is great when you move at the same speed as everything else!

Wave 9 geth is arguably one of the toughest platinum waves (2xprimes, 1xbanshee, 1xphantom, 4xROCKET TROOPERS!!!!)

I've also recently discovered how brutal wave 9 can be. It has completely depleted my equipment on several occasions :/ I basically prepare for a Geth solo by aiming to go flawless til wave 9 lol

Holy crap, I got it done! Blasteroid is blasted! This is an evil challenge!

 

Devices - escort- escort. First escort was all the way from the top of the map to the drop zone where you start out, but the second was from the large open area with the L shaped cover to the drop zone (much better!)

Darn it! Does this mean I have to re-do?

 

Just in case anyone who hasn't done this is foolhardy enough to try, I went with Warp ammo (and penetration mod) - it let me take out collector captains a bit quicker, as well as strip the barriers from the pretorians and scions.

Finally got this done. EAT IT YOU FLIPPING CENTURION BASTARDS!!!!! Sorry, I just really hate Centurions. Got it done in one try too. Came off of a couple of fails on Nemesis Reborn. Wanted to make Cerb fly the Airlines, and I did it. Objectives were escort (start was at the flower bed, ended by the second step), devices (killed all six dragoons before getting to number 3), hack (ammo box upper lab). *makes peashooter walk like an egyptian*

 

*Forgot to add this was Mordus Hardcore.
