Actually, what do you guys think? The Spec Ops N ranks can be a trio specific accomplishment instead of individual. So you you do have to climb the ranks with a specific trio. There's less focus on the individual and more on the team. I kind of like it!

Maybe have it designated as O1-7? It is mentioned that there are equivalent programs to the N7 in every branch of the Alliance military. O for Operative, or maybe T for Team/Trio.

Ok, It's official, Spec Ops N-Ranks need to be earned as a Trio

 

Also, I do like the idea of an equivalent program Pearl. Although, we can also say that the N7 program has been such a success over the past two years, that they have expanded across the galaxy and are attracting soldiers from all species!

I´m really liking the old challenges as trios. It´s fun to play these with friends . Even Platinum is very easy on the first three challenges, as long as you play as a team; especially when using only the Phaeston  .

As much as i like the idea of trio teams, it seems difficult to do all the missions (6 per level IIRC) with the same team and maybe, it would even defeat the purpose of mixing it up a bit, and playing with new friends?
Just a quick thought

Alfonsedode has got a point there. Maybe there should be a solo and a teamleaderboard in the HoF like the duo HoF.
