Well, while the pros are submitting awesome times, I'm scrubbing my way toward N3 on Gold.

N3.I. Chooser of the Slain

I could have shaved 3 or 4 minutes off of that one, but I had time only for one try before work, so I played it safe and kited a bit more.

 

N3.II. Hold the Line

Most relaxed solo ever. Venom, Disruptor ammo and Energy Drain?!Heh-heh-heh.... I blew half my missiles on wave 3 though, so I couldn't nuke much on later waves, but whatever. I can't be bothered to retry it now.

 

N3.III. Awaking the Eye of Wrath

I was really tempted to break my "No Crutch Scanner on Gold" rule on that one. Instead I opted for the Survivor Loadout gear. On my first try I got to wave 10 with little to no problems and then ensued a massive phantroll/goon gangbang until I bled out. Then I almost had a 10 WS attempt but got synced. Several attempts and a massive clusterf#ck of bad objectives later, I get devices/devices on waves 3 and 6 and was dreading entering wave 10 with 2135 consumables, but finally lucked out RNG-wise. Had to clutch-detonate Barrier to save myself from being synced a couple of times, though. Overall I think I did well, despite the time, even if I do say so myself. Even got 5 WS instead of 3, to boot. I'm not looking forward to the Insanity version though.

 

 

I am starting to think that Cerberus is the most BS faction in the game. It is the easiest faction in a team game and probably the hardest for soloing, what with all the hitscan weapons, smoke clouds, goon rushes, phantrolls and so on and so forth.

Can't link kalence atm, but it's a 66653 build.

Charge: radius, power synergy, bonus power
Stasis: damage, bonus power, bubble
Lift nades: damage, count, AoE and damage
Power in passives

Talon with power amp and heavy barrel, used AP ammo.

Skipping stasis is probably a 'better' build in general, but I run this double bonus power build in general, and didn't bother respecting.

Double bonus power is probably the more fun build.

 

I hadn't played this character since I was grinding all my platinum solos, which is when I spec'd it to 0-Stasis for use w/ Venom.

So I had some free time on my hands yesterday and.. well..

 

N1.1- EDI

My first solo since forever. Too many stupid deaths, unnecessary rage rockets, almost got synced twice and a bunch of other rookie mistakes. Was pretty fun though so I tried the other ones. 

 

N1.2- CDEM

Great kit, great gun, easy map/enemy combo, what's not to like? There were a few grim moments at that wave 6 center hack but smooth sailing otherwise.

 

N1.3 - Cyone must not fall !

This one has definitely been a learning experience. First time I ever used the Phaeston in multiplayer and second time I ever extracted with a TGI (first was while playing a randomizer game), At least the RNG gods went easy on me with objectives.

 

I also tried the N2 challenges and got the first two done but failed the third twice (so far). Once by catching a stray warp ball with my face on wave 10 AFTER completing a brutal Rio bridge hack. Second time after getting synced on wave 3 because of being too agressive and irritated after a miserable fail on my first attempt. If all goes well, I'll give it another go on the weekends.

 

Oh and the end game scoreboard pictures are screen prints from my recordings of the games. Long story short, I was pressing the wrong button on afterburner, will be fixed for future solo postings.
