Yeah, yeah, abysmal time. I thought I could pull off 10 WS so I played extra slowly/carefully, but as you can see, no luck.

 

Morning War (Hardcore)

This one was a lot of fun, though it took several attempts. Gotta love them arc grenades!

 

Annihilation (Hardcore)

Excuse the um... photo. Couldn't make a proper screenshot, but I'm rather proud of this game, especially the SMG medal, and how I handled the missiles and the devices on wave 10. Next to no derps other than the obligatory dying, but hey.

Anyway, it's finally done. N7 Hardcore without Crutch Scanner. If I ever do this to myself on Plat, you can be sure I'll be putting Geth Scanner or Grenade Capacity on.

 

I think I'll just relax with regular team games for a few days/weeks and then I and MirandaLawsoN7 are going to attack the series 2 duos. I'll also probably try a few more gold solo challenges before attempting anything on Platinum.

Wanted to continue with N2.I, but Cerberus showed their best BS and so I stopped again. On my last attempt I had already 5WS and a not bad time and got destroyed during Pizzadelivery...

Week 16: Pinnacle Station (Hardcore)

This challenge was perfect for me cause it was 3 things I neglected for a while: volus, csmg, and collectors. The csmg is better than I thought. And the volus small size, mine scanning and double debuffs worked great too.
Packages were the biggest pain because two scions wouldnt leave the lz at all, getting the packages past them cost me a few gels and ops.
For some reason whenever I used an ops pack it never registered on time like when playing in a laggy game, that caused me a wipe on the first attempt. Second try though, and I had a better hang of things, stayed away from the center of the map, and got my PAYDAY!!!


Week 15: Survive (Hardcore)

3 hacks directly in the same exact spot.... right in the center of the map. I didn't even think that could be possible - and after 2 attempts where I got synched and had my last precious shotgun III amps stolen by a banshee from a mile away (game was hating on the pink tuchanka legend) ;_;

 What bothers me is Cerberus on Glacier.

 

If it helps, I went with this build. Melee Drone turned out to be quite useful holding the chokepoint down the stairs to the basement. It helps surprisingly a lot slowing goon/phantroll rushes. Of course, Geth Scanner would also be much better than the Survivor Loadout, cause of all the smoke and spawn-behind-you bullshit.

 

Whoever placed N7.I right after N6.III must be of particularly sadistic persuasion.

I went with this build for the currently second fastest time on N7 I.

 

I got tech bursts and fire explosions this way. Phantoms won´t stand long against you this way. Just make sure you get 5 grabs (not a problem on Glacier), 50 tech kills, 20 HS and 75 SMG kills. Wave 4 is the worst wave for the 5 WS medal. Getting bad objectives can also be annoying, but this is a typical Glacier problem .

Thanks for the tips guys. I will eventually do it, but I lack spec cards at the moment. So far, I tried this one to hack the walls.

How do I have to run weekly series 1 I will destroy you on legendary? Clusum told me once, that I should l2legendary. I'm mostly tired of Cerberus BS and legendary has less Lolberus challenges.^^
