Legendary difficulty is much more easier than insanity

I'm starting to think so. This one was truly insane because of the consumables and weapons restrictions. If I could use Crutch Scanner and Cyclonics / Adrenaline Mod (I think you are allowed to do so on Legendary, right?), things would look way differently.

 

I haven't done any Plat solos yet, but I believe Cerberus and Reapers might be easier on Plat, while Collectors and especially Geth get much harder. There's certainly way less Derperus BS on Plat.

Depends on the challenge basically. So far the legendary challenges are easier than epic or similar equal. I still have to do three. 2 of them are quite tough.
For week 17 legendary, geth scanner is restricted and you must use warp rounds.

Quick question about Series 1, Week 19 Insanity - which weapons exactly do I need to have on the Talon merc? (One of the Assault Rifles (Avenger or Lancer) and the Incisor) or (one of the Assault Rifles or the Incisor)?

 

Can I have only the Lancer without the Incisor, or only the Incisor without the Lancer/Avenger?

@Clyde, the N7 challenge series requires full extraction. There have def been a few rough close call extraction fails in here. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. :/

There is nothing embarrassing when it comes to Derperus BS. On the very same challenge I had an awesome time (especially for a no Crutch Scanner run) but a phantom melee staggered me (not even dropped me) literally two paces away from LZ. Time ran out and I didn't get the Full Extraction. I was literally about to break some furniture...

 

I took my sweet revenge when the game threw 3 times Devices at me and I beat them anyway... You'll get back at them, too, I'm sure.

- I made a correction.. I had placed TheNightSlasher on the completionist board but seemed to have forgotten to take into consideration the trios.. derp. AW_FC is currently the only one on the completionist board! (unless I derped a derp and missed a submission somewhere. #derperus)

- Smehur and AW_FC complete the duos on hardcore and prove to be a couple of Heretics!

- x3lander gets a couple of tough insanity runs under the belt on Heshtok and with Jack!

Week 19: Retake Omega Chronicles, Part 2: Jessie, My Love

Since I couldn't be bothered to mess with the coalesced file, I had to accept being thrown off by the default key bindings with the Talon merc. I don't like him, at all. All of his skills requires him to stay exposed too long, I find him way too squishy. I had several wave 10 wipes, due to unfortunate objectives - Targets when I had only 1 missile or Devices where I couldn't lead both Banshees away in time, or 3 of the 4 devices right in the middle of the atrium... I also had the feeling that Marauder shots curve around the corner...Oh well, at least it's over.

 

Week 20: Garrus' Calibrations Part 1 - C-Sec

I finally got a string of lucky objectives . After all the frustration with the Jack and Zaeed challenges, this was like a balm for my tortured soul. I can't really record video, cause if I do, I play at about 5-6 FPS...so I hope you can trust me that I got the 20 HS before the 25 kills. I also almost managed to get 10 WS, but being the scrub that I am, I lost concentration on wave 9 and allowed myself to be flanked and after two drone staggers I couldn't use my last ops pack and got downed. Gotta say, Disruptor + CS spam is almost as deadly as Avenger on full auto...
