Objectives: Targets (Again!) - Pizza - Devices 
On my third attempt yesterday I finally managed to get it over. I was able to change the targets by nuking the first Atlas, but this Nemesissi was hiding on the landing pad behind the shuttle. I tryed to kite the enemies away, but they guarded the target like a pug doing devices. So I had to rush in, kill the nemesis, eat some OPs pack and get the hell out of there.
During W10 devices I had to waste my remaining 3 rockets for atlas and a turret/phantom-combo camping the devices. So no clean up for me.
Maybe u should lower your fps to 30 too ?
Playing on 30 fps is my (only) way for success during soloing.

Thanks for tips and suggestions. I dunno if 30 FPS made the trick, but it seemed a bit easier. Maybe I'll redo some day on 60 FPS.
I once tried to cap FPS on 30 and got some super-weird AI behavior, pretty much made the game unplayable.
Well done, Frank. Cerberus solos are by far the most difficult on gold, you'll have far less trouble with the others.

N7 III. Ariake (Hardcore)
Ooooh, good time. I'm struggling with Ariake these days myself. Link your build and gimme some tips (since you refuse to post vids)? Clusum says it's best to take AP ammo, spam SB and just shoot. But that's so very slow, especially in my hands (I might maybe OHK a husk one time out of 10). Things die much faster with Incendiary and occasional Stasis detonated by the Orbs - but then I get those long cooldowns without SB and I die. Whadoido?

Week 1. VI Overlord

I really wanted to do my first sub 20 solo on this one. I have done this over a dozen times and every single f#cking time I had at least two objectives that were either Targets or Devices and ended up around the 21, 22 minute mark. All right, change of tactics - I'll start working on Heart of Hydra. But whaddayaknow - same ****, different map. Plus, spawns right next to me (or behind me, or in front of me, not even 10 m away). Yeah, have fun doing a flawless solo when you get Targets (Primes) on Hydra... So, since the game was trolling me hard these last few days, I decided to troll her right back and got below 20 minutes with 2xTargets anyway...

I used 1 rocket each at the end of waves 5, 8 and 9 for both Banshees. Save the other rockets for objective waves like targets. Spam Shield boost and concentrate on Ravagers or Brutes in the higher waves. I didn't use biotic orbs much. I used them only in quiet areas.
I don't like to upload, because this takes forever (slow internet). Besides, it isn't worth the effort, if only 3 people are going to watch them.
Edit: 30 fps ftw.
There was definitively a place for a channel dedicated to themed challenges, and you would have got significantly more than 3 views by vid. Many people lurk here, I've got several comments on my vids from people I had never seen on the forum.
That's maybe a little late now though.

Nah, my claim is based on the amount of views Clusum gets. I am yet to record a solo I wouldn't be ashamed to show.
Stasis is nearly useless against Reapers due to 50% of armored enemies.
I use it on early waves to kill 2-3 husks with one BE. Quite possible to get biotic gold medal that way. Otherwise yeah, I agree.
I forgot how i did ariake, but it was incendiary or warp ammo ? Despite quick times without it, i would recomment orbs debuff for brute and banshees. THe debuf stake 3 times and so for 45%. Stasis is for the lulz
