Still, I like this because TSent + Pistol.

Is there a general consensus that the weapons should be switched? I'm actually curious now to see how it plays out as is.

I'm going to go with: The increased damage of the predator is balanced by the medal requirement, so it remains the insanity challenge. You could extract, but if you don't calculate it just right and miss a medal, it wouldn't count

Hate both these weapons, but love the TSent. So I guess it is a wash. Like Knockingbr4in said, the build for the TSent will be the hardest part.

If I do this one it will be with the same build that I have been running on my Turian.

The Predator at least has better DPS than the Carnifex (and all the other common weapons).

M3-Predator is by far my favorite gun.

Also if you feel like it you can easily just use CS and PM and completely forgo Predator as nothing but a primer, unless you can hit 99% headshots, then M3 centric will do well enough.

Wave 6 objective was terrible, terrible, terrible... Geth everywhere, Wave 10 objective was meh... and some mistakes were made. I think I can improve this, so a video will be uploaded later... I did not use incendiary ammo, I will be surprised to be honest if for this one incendiary is still better...

It will be, if only due to the massive amounts of Shields  hurting the effectiveness of Warp + Warp Ammo. It'll be more noticeable on the Predator I'd have thought since it's faser firing (same reason Reegar is better than Wraith /w it,

So is incendiary ammo allowed or not? I was doing it with AP ammo and extended magazine and was trying to get 10 waves survived, but then I died and didn't really wanted to start leaving enemies with a sliver of health only to finish them with overload for tech kill medals, so meh.

EDIT: Wait, it's only four medals? DAMN IT, I thought it was five, killstreak medal would've been enough, ugh...

 I went the overachiever route with 6 gold medals.  Crazy enough, this is my first ever 10 waves survived gold solo.  Can't believe I did it with the predator against the stunlocking geth.  Take that you bastards.  I used disruptor ammo and it was as effective as I had hoped it would be.

@Zjarcal: Yes, incendiary is allowed. and It's 4 medals including killstreak. (not too insane but makes a little strategy involved.

@ Heroic: Nice job! That is hardcore! looking forward to that the vid!  Since you're uploading the vid, I can add it to the HoF now with your time.  Edit: Definitely down for some games sometime!

@HM: Good to hear you found disruptor ammo to be effective as well. Really, for this challenge I have a hard time believing that incendiary will be better...

Ok, I did it with the Carnifex and AP ammo, 9.9 waves survived once again (seriously, this themed solos insist on a straggler killing me during the wave 10 cleanup), but ugh, 33 goddamn minutes... that was just awful. Granted I wasted one missile switching targets on wave 3, and while I did get 3 killstreaks, I never caught double prime spawns, but still meh, not gonna upload that time.

Will do it again with Incendiary or Disruptor.

I really wanted to finish this on my first try.. then the game gave me Devices for Wave 3 AND 10.. I guess it'll just have to be a warmup then. Time was pretty horrible, I can't play aggressively when Overload doesn't reliably hit the most annoying enemy, the bomber. Bad aim doesn't help either
