Here's the video, a better run than the screengrab I posted earlier. I wanted to play with the fat turian a bit more and aim for better objectives. ended up with pizza x pizza x escort.

 

Adrenaline speedturian seems a better choice than cyclonic turiantank for this particular solo.

arrggg, what a pain, i went for another couple attempts on 183 pull ups, and i suffered a lot again... i ll never try that on plat, no way.

Had perfect devices on W3, almost like a dream. Lost half my consumables on w6 pizzas and had 1 gel 0 ops on w8, was about to rage quit when i dropped my pizza in the middle of the map and ravagers w10... Got a few cool calls on my side to end it. This is the worst N7 challenge for me, ash felt easier on my nerves

 

So the time still suck, but please consider my original run was 80ish minutes long

I don't have a submission, but I have a story.

 

Just did the Neufchatel Tier 1 on gold again. Thought I'd try to make it flawless, since it's the cheesiest of all the cheese, right. Got the nicest possible objectives too, two easy escorts and devices on w3. Wave 5 went by sorta quick, but w9 with no nukes took forever. And then came the end of w10 - I take a look at my pretty consumables - and realize I've eaten 3 bloody thermal clips! Headdesk.

 

I rage-nuked the hell out of w10 leftovers then, and had a pretty 10 WS screen that I did not save, cause I thought my 33 minutes couldn't possibly be an improvement over whatever time I had before. But lo and behold, my original time, with a non-melee kroguard (cause back then I had trouble surviving without full health-and-shield fitness) was ~10 minutes longer. Moar headdesk.

 

But hey, that was an almost-flawless gold game with level 3 consumables. x3lander would be proud of me.

Hey, did I tell you how on one of my attempts for flawless Mind Over Matter, I was in the middle of wave 11 when I killed a Praetorian and its lazors sliced me in two when it keeled over?!  

 

With a little patience and a few attempts later, though:

Week 4. A Short-lived Vorchan Destiny

My favorite Vorcha, one of my preferred snipers, against Collectors?! Excellent! Nice objectives to boot, only I couldn't force good spawns on waves 8 and 9, so it went longer than I'd have liked.

 

Week 5. I Am Legion

Terrible spawns, terrible objectives.... I used my last missile on w10 to switch targets to Brutes, which in retrospect might have been a mistake cause the Banshees and Ravagers kept zoning me out. I also almost got 10 WS, but nope, freaking Phaeston MMMLLLLLCXX mowed me down. Whatever.

 

Week 6. Post-traumatic Tiptree

Safeties OFF, Banzai mode ON, Full Cheese engaged...

First attempt would have been much faster, except at the end of wave 8 a Banshee decided to teleport double the usual travel distance and end my ambitions at the 20 minute mark. Second attempt was much sloppier. having to finish most of wave 10 and wave 11 with zero ops-packs and medi-gels. It wasn't pretty but sh!t got done.

Nah, I did them all already.

 

I feel Platinum solos are the next major opportunity to improve myself as a player, although I will keep doing gold solos as well, they just won't be my main focus.

- Congrats TechnoTurian for beating your own record on Blackwatch original at a blistering 17 mins! And impressive stuff Muahmuah, with the current 3rd best time for that challenge and also sub-20. The Turians were out this past weekend!

- MuahMuah also cuts a personal best on VI Overlord to sub-17 mins (the 4th fastest gold solo in the history of the thread)! MuahMuah also went sub-20 on Sochi, and Mordus' Until The Last Breath. A very productive weekend indeed with 4 sub-20s and a 24 min time cut on chooser of the slain platinum as well for good measure.

- Great time cut on Servant of the People Alfonsedode (14 mins!) and on 183 pull-ups (32 mins!!) - you've been working out?

- ark submits a very solid 10WS run for Guardian of Peak15!

- x3lander posts three great solos from weekly series 2.0 from A short-lived Vorchan Destiny (love that one!) to Post-traumatic tip-tree!

Whispers of rumors have slowly surfaced regarding a series of unresolved missions asking for some of the Galaxy's best soldiers. The intel is coming from obscure locations and we're not certain of the, shall we say, "legality" of the missions. Either way, the Alliance needs to find out what exactly is going on out there. We're working on decryption and should have all the information later this week.

 

That is all I know at the moment, but I will keep you informed N7s.

Dear diary

Today i soloed cerberus, it took away my will to do solos, play videogames or live.

Even with a kit that locks down 1 of their two shitty units.

I present the shitty shortlist of the day:

-pizzas suck, you have to either kill off all goons before going for the first one, or get rekt. I had to use 2 nukes and all my ops on w6, cos cerberus is poop

-atlas rocket pls, if you can turn a 90 degree corner, you can do a 180, fly back and hit the atlas again too. GG

-why are you immune to stasis phantom, you just spawned. not even a stasis falldown, just flipp out of the bubble. GG

-about 5 min of this is me running around white looking for nemesisesesesses

-atlas rocket pls! GG

-the sweet goon synckill, (if you don`t get it, you need to solo more cerb)

 

For future solos agains cerb, please include atleast one of these things:

-venom

-scorpion

-teammate(s)

-a missile glitcher
