This looks like something i might actually try. For the devices i have no fear -> just played platinum jade cerberus and we got devices every mission :_D

Devices on 6 and 10 can still be brutal, but it really is only that one device that I dread on this map... The very open, centrally located one to the right of the extraction zone, on the mid-level.

Edit: I feel like this week's insanity challenge is one of the tougher ones.

Thanks. I'm glad you guys like the challenges. Not to worry, there are plenty more to come! As long as interest in them continues, I'll keep coming up with challenges!

Indoctrinated (Insanity) challenge also finished.

Wow, I'd have never thought I'll use the Predator in a Solo game. First attempt, lot of kiting involved, mixed with a bit of frustration thanks to the fantastic stunlock.

@ Uh Cold: You could do the hardcore run with the scorpion only

@kaxas: I like when people get the 5 grabs in there. I also felt the same way about the predator. It was my one time Predator solo challenge, I promise... or do it? Maybe somewhere along the line someone will start to miss it, since let's face it, when else do we ever use the Predator.

Nice job KB, that time will be hard to beat I'm sure for Insanity.

Pizzas are actually not that good against Cerberus on Jade. Second run was a winner.
Gonna try the Hardcore challenge tomorrow and upload a video of course.

Yes, pretty sure. Cloak/Proxy combo will OHK almost everything, Dragoon will need a second shot, I think.
Faster, but not by much I think.

Nope, insanity is eng only venom. Hardcore is infiltrator venom and/or scorpion

I am getting better with the venom very quickly. At the beginning I thought I could not do this faster than 35mins, but I believe I can still improve this time.


I remember people were saying on this forum that the Scorpion stuns Phantoms more reliably, it does the job better, how the Venom is bad and so on... The only civil answer to this is: Hahahahahaha... The Venom is great, best shotgun vs Phantoms, during the Wave10 hack I could easily own 4 phantoms at once.

Another attempt at the Mordus Insanity challenge: died at 23:38 thanks to the Devices objective in wave 10 (2 minutes into the objective). If I had an escort (or anything else, really) I could've been under 27 minutes.

I have to admit that every time I stun a Phantom or Dragoon with the Venom and them kill them in a fire explosion or just send them flying I have a similar expression on my face. Is it a good sign or a bad sign ?
