This one was incredibly fun! Setting multiple bubbles, then reaving brutes as they cross them is something that needs to be experienced we got a hack on wave 3, where it felt like we were the ones ambushing Reapers, not the other way around

Jondum has been busy protecting his homeworld lately I am trying to learn to nuke annoying waves, this time I went for a nuke on wave 9, manage to hit a brute in the face, sparing the two banshees chilling behind it. Might need to review my nuking protocols further

3 killstreaks! got the first one on the first target, then for once I successfully nuked waves 8 and 9. This was quite the ramp-up in difficulty. Also, very buggy game, my powers stopped showing on screen, and three praetorians got stuck in the map - though they happily lazered me every time I passed by. Also, captains apparently love camping the EZ on pizza deliveries

yep, for whatever reason, i decided to upload that one. I think mostly just cuz it had good objectives and this is the one that i personally found to be the most aggravating to get 10WS for because cerberus aimbotting and vorcha's squishiness made for some frustrating bullshit. I also ended up liking the vorcha engineer after this challenge way more than I did before, cuz even with all the misery involved in doing this and the terrible reddish screen haze he's a nice kit and his powers are fun.

 

It was the 100,000th attempt and in every previous attempt I'd died in wave 9 or 10 for maximum waste of time 

 

so if anyone woke up today and was like "I want to watch some HD vorcha content," uh, there it is

Watching the video and how you manage to maintain such a low threshold of health and constant red screen while decimating Cerberus is thrilling. In watching this video, I, for a moment, felt what I think it must be like to be a Vorcha. 10/10.

The vorcha Hunter is a very balanced and fun character to play, I like him too. About the build, given the 10 WS objective, wouldn't taking full fitness had made your job easier ? Now in insight, was maxing Sub Net worth it ?

100% worth, would do and possibly bang again.

 

In previous runs I did something like 3/6/6/5/6 with this kit and found the solo to be a tedious slog of death and failure even just to get past the first few waves without dying, once I respecced I began to consistently get to to the later waves. 6x6 tech bursts, plus the slight AOE taze from subnet 6b ended up being a far better defense than ~300 extra health (can't load kalence on my mobile so not sure what the actual increase from 4 points in fitness to 6 is, something around 1100 to 1400).  the most frequent cause of death -- phantoms -- kept on shredding me regardless of full health, so killing them faster became the best recourse.

Pleasantly surprised by the effectiveness of the GSMG. Still hate it for how it sounds, it's like the ramp up keeps going and going and going and please make it stop!

Made an effort to get gold medals for both SMG and tech kills (good practice for other challenges ), which slowed me down a bit.

No need to worry, I am on a break from N7 right now, it was turning into too much Serious Business and not enough fun . You might watch out for emexxia though, she is also very close to finishing the series go get that rank though, you definitely deserve it!

 

As for me, I am enjoying the more relaxed challenges of series 2.0. Speaking of which...

Huntress throughout the run, I was torn between speed and survival. Had to stop pushing 10WS once I realized I only had two op packs left on wave 5, and they might have come in handy, since gelling was not permitted on objective waves. Decided to save all missiles for wave 10 in case I got targets, I was happy of my choice This feels special, because it is my very first no-fitness gold solo

Sub 20 is definetly possible. Had bad luck with wave 5 ending, one wave 10 prime stucked at the LZ, so I couldn´t kill him with his brother and wave 10 targets, where I had only missle left to switch the target. First attempt was 22:08 with w10 targets, too. So, this needs more grinding after 4 attempts.

Terrible gameplay, as can be seen from the lack of 20 HS medal against the faction with the biggest heads. I missed several shots at point blank range. I am going to blame it on Raider's poor accuracy.

 

Thankfully, the relentless grenade spam made up for it, kinda.

God this was made easier with a cyclo 3 . But had to use my last missile on w10 opening to get that 3rd KS. Else wld have been the 3rd time i wld have finished it with 1 or 2 . Claymore makes it enjoyable, but jade without GS ...

The headshots before sniper kills requirement made this extremely hard, especially given my infamous inability to land them when it counts. I farmed the poor troopers and engineers on w1 while Clusum struggled to not kill anything and not get killed by anything at the same time. Could've hardly been farther from 'competition', but it sure was friendly.
