How can you possibly enjoy soloing Collectors?

I am just like TNS.The Collectors are easy.They are clumsy big which means that you can't miss it and with TGI and harrier( GI+ javelin) they are nothing but walking dead.

Yeah, unless you get 10 targets and have to kill 3 Preatorian without nukes and then clean everything up with 0 thermal clips.

Collector wave 10 is by far the worst wave for that - man I missed Cerberus on that wave 10

Yes wave 10 is bad but waves 1-9 are just great so i like to soloing vs them.

Yeah they are not that bad though I love to ****** about them.

Only Phantrolls on wave 9, not to many Banshees and only Troll-Goons on 11 - they are not really that bad if you play a kit with good armor damage.

Yeah, just scored a new record on N7 III Bjorn with 22:59. Thanks to the 3 pugs for the assist(forgot to set the lobby to private ). I scored personally 10WS, full extraction and two personal gold, but the pugs had some gold medals themselves.

I've been looking forward to this solo ever since starting the series. I've completed it on my third try. The first two attempts were with no-CS lolmattock build, which worked fine for everything except phantoms. Maxed out Concussive shot was the key to my victory in the 3rd attempt. I used grenade capacity V, but CS made the grenades redundant. Having all 6 TCPs allowed me to enable the Deadly-on-semi-auto mode for the mantis for wave 10 targets.

Obligatory "Xan missed another nuke" moment: I got downed on the higher area, and while getting up via medigel, I tried to shoot the Atlas that was on the ground level, and my missile went right into my feet (as my character wasn't standing). I'm proud of myself.
