We started each wave holding the boxes; while it's not the fastest option, it probably is the safest... except when the game decides to place spawns either in the pillars or in the box area for eight waves out of ten Of course, for targets on wave 10, the spawn is on the other side of the map

I guess giving the kit with the Venom to the one hosting paid off. It's Cerberus/Jade, so there were lots of deaths, but we got decent objectives, and managed to pull it off on our first try
