This challenge is tough, but I found a build I really liked. Got to the end of wave eight when the last phantom gooshed me. For me I was flying at barely under 18 minutes! Only had 1 rocket, 2 Gels and 2 TCP's left, though so wave nine would have took a while, but still would have been like a 20 minute improvement. May try later on tonight.


Impressive! What is your build like? I think I'll probably retry London before I do the clone one again. I had one attempt where I was at 28 mins after the wave 10 objective, with 2 missiles left, then got grabbed! I was so frustrated with it that I seriously slowed it down just to shave 20 mins. I honestly don't know how much faster I can get on the clone challenge.

The best one I have tried is 6/6/6/4/4. I take max grenades instead of bleed damage in frags, that way I have 4 grenades. I then take power damage/capacity in the passives and Geth Scanner in gear slot.

It helps so much, because respawns are the most brutal part of this enemy/map when kiting or holding the line. (I was taking grenade capacity, but found 4 grenades was plenty when you don't have to share with anyone)

Does anyone have a good spreedsheet or link to enemy breakdowns per Wave/Faction/Difficulty? I know most of them by heart, but Cerberus later waves give me troubles for some reason. The only good ones I can find are pre-dragoons.

That was a bit unlucky, looked like the Atlases were going to completely ignore you.............right up until you got hit by two rockets at almost the same time and with no Oops packs left either.
I actually found Atlases to be about the most troublesome enemies in that challenge, the Venom trivializes everything else.

Thanks. It's all about the dive I attempt to do to get into cover. As if that will do anything against the double missiles about to hit me. :lol:

Thanks) It was a great challenge! I actually like the decoy because the enemy somehow advances to your position a lot slower when they see it.  I only put 3 points into it and with a CyclonicIV I hardly notice any difference in survivability. It is a shame though that the Atlas missile ignores the decoy... Yeah, this run got a bit intense in the end, but when I tried it before it went pretty smooth and I finished with 4 medigel left. On Jade the enemy can hit you from some weird angles when you think you safe, that is why I had to use more gel on this run...

Ok got become become death, insanity, at an embarrassing 54:01 minutes. Objectives were easy enough, but took longer then I wanted. Video tomorrow. Don't want to do it again lol.

I'm afraid if I ever even attempted riddles, they would be so bad that they would end up being either dead give-aways or so obscure nobody would even get them. :blink:

However, today just happens to be a day when I can post the next week's challenge right now. :D OP updated with Week 7's challenge. (what's a couple hours early anyway?) - afterall, it is Tuesday somewhere!

Well there you have it! Yeah, I think throwing in the 10 waves actually still makes it challenging. Maybe not as much as some other ones. It was the only way I would do a juggernaut challenge. :)

i will mention, and I don't know if anyone else mentioned this or uses this idea-I do not play with the Destroyer. I never really liked him, although I know he is an uber destructive character. one thing I did in my solo, because I took 40% shield in leu on 15% damage, that after a banshee warp, toggled Dev Mode for a neutered shield boost to avoid taking too much damage.

I will mention also, that I could have done this much faster, but I was more concerned with get as many waves survive. I actually might do this again with a slightly different set up, when I wrote above post about it, it was so late for me it was actually early in the morning, I worked for 11 hours got home and did it. then I post that I would not be doing it again, but I might...idk.

Agreed! I actually did the same thing with toggling the dev mode. I found it extremely effective as well, because it enabled you to dodge the banshee's warp balls. I'll post my (hardcore run) vid later tonight of it. After the many many runs I attempted, I actually at least got good at doing that! haha I may one day try again as well. Perspectives change day to day!

Edit: maybe I used it in the opposite way as you. I would turn it off when a banshee shot at me. Yup, I didn't read your post properly. I guess it can be done two ways. have the shield boost and then turn it on, or have the damage boost and then turn it off and dodge the warp ball.

Maybe should have been vs Geth as that was the main enemy you fought on Peak 15. But anyway...

At least the GPR is hitscan... so maybe I will give this a go at some point.

Yes, but they were all wiped out with Shepard. This is post Geth, when the reaper invasion has spread to Noveria :)

@pres, exactly. When it's turned back on, you recieve the 40% boost. Saved me a few times. The vid will have just the objectives, which took a long time but effectively done imo. It can serve as a decent learning tool for non bnsers on not using rockets on objectives, and kiting decently

Boo Juggy challenge!!! Actually it will be nice to have a more relaxed solo for once. I will rage soooo hard if I die on wave 9.

I figured it would be a nice change. I won't go so easy next week! lol Also, it'll be cool to see how quickly people can do this week's challenge.
