I am going to do a casual challenge with the Juggernaut by taking the Javelin.

lol. I think the GPS may actually be easier/quicker? I didn't make the Javelin one of the options intentionally, cause I have something geared more towards it for an upcoming challenge . Also, it didn't fit with the lore and since it's themed challenges... I'm gonna give the hardcore one another run tonight, I actually really enjoyed it.

So mass effect kind of comes and goes for me. I'll play it religiously for a while then stop and I'm just getting into it again after several months of no play and i just want to make sure i understand what's going on. Is bioware really completely done with the game in terms of updates and challenges and stuff like that? After playing a few games I feel like there is still stuff that could be fixed and the challengers were one of the cool features the game had. Is the game now "as is" till the new one comes out?

Edit:  I know this isn't really the best topic for this but I didn't want to start a new one for it and wasn't sure where to put it

Yup, this isn't the right thread for that. This is a weekly solo challenge thread to keep things interesting. Short answer, yes basically all support is gone, all challenges are gone. Cheaters run rampant and the like. Sorry.

Thank you @Pestacious for finally creating a Juggernaut challenge. now will work on improving the time.....AND getting the 10 waves survived! competing with the sub 30 min times seems like a stretch....you guys are BEASTS

I just did a casual insanity run to get the completion. Time is bad, but I have my hardcore run to go with!

Might have been able to push to sub 22 but meh.. Objective waves went well and the odds of that happening again are slim, so I'll most likely settle with this run.

No it was a PITA insanity one with Wave 10 Devices.

It won't be in the vid, I hit "Continue" before the bar filled up... it will be obvious that I was on autopilot when you see it live.  That was a capture of the last frame before it switched back to the lobby.

edit: lol I'm an idiot it is on the bottom.

Well these were my thoughts on Incendiary vs Disruptor..

GPR is a terrible TBs' primer with Disruptor but Incendiary primes for FEs almost instantly no matter the weapon. GPS is an alright TBs' primer compared to GPR but you can actually one-shot mooks instantly with Disruptor (which saves Siege Pulse uses) when with Incendiary you have to wait for the DoT or throw a Siege Pulse.

I guess either works but I always prefered Disruptor Rounds with Siege Pulse given the weapon (I usually use the Falcon).

@knocking: Interesting approach. That does seem quite logical. Basically, my using incendiary on the GPS and disruptor on the GPR is exactly backwards. I may have to give the hardcore another shot! Thanks for the info. It'll be helpful for anybody else attempting this week's challenge as well.
