The Juggernaut one is somewhat deceptive, at least the GPR one.

But here is what I am talking about.

Possessed Praetorian - 304 headshots to kill

Although I am wondering if this weapon calculator is modeling the headshots correctly.

In any event it is possible to double hit them, you need a lot of piercing to do it reliably through their bubble though.

Not on Praetorians, I never updated it for the 2x damage headshots.

Yeah I figured that could be an error since it was about 1.4 times less than the body shot number.

I like the volus challenge, but... can I throw rocks at the Praetorian? They do more damage and Condor has more rocks than ammo
I really like the volus mercenary, I will give it one try. On paper it looks pretty stressful though...

yikes. 4 attempts, 4 failures. Definitely a marathon of a challenge. I'll attempt it again tmrw. This is the ultimate focus test.

@heroic: not bad! my best was wave 7. Other times I just let myself die out if I use too much stuff by wave 5-6.

You might have to chug the milk afterwards to calm the heartburn it causes.  Good luck!

Update: Have tried Barla Von five times, all wiped a wave 9 or earlier. One freeze. Still more fun to me than Peak 15.

Nice attempts. It's not a bad challenge, but a very difficult one. Looking forward to seeing who clinches this first! As per usual, I'm all out of consumables. I actually found cryo rounds really useful, which is nice because I have 5000 of them.

Made it on the very first try Relaxing challenge, I got a bit overconfident and got downed once. The Spitfire seems quite decent when you are nearly invincible.

^ Nice job Max. Sub 30 is impressive, and with the typhoon instead of GPS. The nice relaxing Peak 15 is now balanced by the insanely difficult Barla Von Bonus round.

For a second there, I thought that you had completed the bonus challenge!

That isn't what I said.  But yeah, I think you should have to do it without AC.

I don't think I'll use AC anyway, I prob need responder loadout for this one! I can just keep it consistent with the other challenges for now.

I actually had a good run yesterday, wave 7, I still had 8 medigel. (time was horrendous). But then I got cornered by three abominations and a praetorian and used 4 medigel, yes 4! lol 

Edit: I know this challenge has garnered some hate towards me. haha. That's why I suffer through my own challenges too. This is admittedly a very difficult one, but I think that's ok, since it's really just a bonus, difficult challenge that doesn't otherwise affect the weekly ones

(gasp) exactly (gasp) right. I will complete this challenge. Unfortunately not this weekend, since I'll have to be separated from my xbox . I was rolling with this build in my attempts yesterday. -> Barla Von (pun intended)

 Here's my second entry. This one is 'For Thessia'. 
Consumables used: 1 medi gel, 2 rockets, 4 ops
Objectives: Targets, Escort, Pizza

Not my best time but with just reave and pull, it was a painful endeavor. Should have specced into warp bubble for some BEs on armored enemies.

^ Nice job bgsam That's fine, they can be done in any order you like! Yeah, I went with the bubble for the explosions, but others went with similar set-ups as you. I find these themed solos can be addictive. You also end up going through consumables like crazy!

I gotta thank you for sparking my interest in solos

I am not a big solo fan, especially gold solos because of the time they take. I can usually do 2-3 PUG games with more credits and less consumables used in the same time. The only solos I did were with relatively easier kits (Geth trooper, paladin, kroguard, TGI etc) and mainly did them to get my lone wolf banner. But these themed solos are fun and quite challenging, atleast for me. So, thanks!

@bgsam: I think they're pretty challenging in general (or at least for me as well.) I find it a fun way to spice things up since most people rarely solo with unusual kits. Glad you're enjoying them.
