Great challenge as always, Prestacious! I'd love to try the Hardcore difficulty, but I don't have the Wraith... Guess I'll have to scream and swear at the Saber for a few hours instead.

As a side-note, I finally got to extraction on Barla Von, only to have my face eaten by a space crab with just over a minute left. Will have to take a break from that one before my controller goes through my monitor.

I haven't played Human Sentinel in a while. Saber is one of the best weapons in the game so this will be a nice change of pace from some of them.

I don't care for Novaguard all that much.

@ capn: yeah it's been a while since I've used the sentinel too. The saber was my favorite gun for a long time, so it should be fun.

@wngmv: Now's the perfect time to deploy!

@max: Nice, yeah I'm a fan too. The novaguard went from being the craze to completely dying out. I thought I should bring him back for a challenge.

@FatherofPearl: Thanks. Sorry about the Wraith. I thought about making the insanity challenge with the Eviscerator but then decided to stick to how I ran the first clone challenge (only with the actual weapon the clone uses for that class), so I added the CAT6 insanity option instead.

@knocking: sub20? Edit: It's abig map, so I'm not sure if sub 20 is really that doable. Maybe Hendrix can speak to that from his first run.

nah, it's fine. Oh the trials and tribulations of not having a maxed manifest.

 had a decent run going on my first attempt when this happened and ruined it all. Phantoms suck!  Clearly her melee had gone off.

This was fun... it took me forever to figure out how to deal with phantoms with this build, though. I got five waves survived, then lolgoons happened.

Good job red! Tried the saber challenge, I am not good with that weapon. First attempt went 5 waves, died wave 7. Like 6 times. Second, with tempest, gave up half way through I got bored lol

Nice job red! You managed to beat my time with a valkyrie I. I think it's time for me to go back to the drawing board on that one! Nice vid quality btw. I'm jealous of you pc-ers!

@ James: Yeah, that one will be reminiscent of week 2's challenge. I tried the wraith one, had a great run til I got trolled by devices on 10 and got destroyed (I feel your pain heroic), my time was 28 mins at that point. It definitely takes a few games to get used to the novaguard again. Now it's time to pug for a few days to regain equipment!

Pres- I think I need to rocket speed run for like 3 days straight for equipment. I'm sick and tired of never getting lolcyclonics and warp4 and ar4. I understand!

Finally got around to Peak 15, slow in more ways than one. Here's the build. Objectives were 4 devices>Targets>Drone.

I couldn't sleep again tonight so that gave me time to attempt the Shepard's Clone Wars (Part 2). This was a really fun challenge, haven't played the Novaguard in a long time. Here's the build. Objectives were Drone>Targets>Hack.



Edit: Also tried and failed the Shepard Clone's War (Part 1) again..........god damn I hate the Valkyrie.

As i have calculated, if Biower is not trolling us, the chance of getting no devices is 51.2%. 

If you are looking for extreme and want to avoid Targets as well, the chance drops to 21.6%.

Keep those in minds.

Morning HoF update. Nice work cato, as always! You make these look so easy! I feel like the no shockwave spec will be pretty popular. I actually found it to be helpful in the later waves, but that might just be that I'm rusty with nova! Also, the first part of the clone's war is the bane of my existence. lol

@wngmv: Hence my extremely low inventory of consumables at the moment. that elusive 21.6%!

Love it!!  Wave 7 is a nightmare with this challenge.  Even after you take out the six dragoons, you will still have to kill 4-5 Atlas/phantoms total all while dodging 2000 turrets in every corner of the map.

I also found out that certain turret locations are glitched during the rain, so they won't explode after 30 seconds unless you deal some sort of damage to them, even if the engineer sets a new turret.  I once saw 7 turrets deployed at the same time!!  Wave eight started and there were still 2 or 3 present that I had to take out  half way through the wave.
