Nice job kocka, crazy sub 30 run to put you ahead of heroic
Cato DHKany and wngmv, yeah you guys should probably start buying lottery tickets (or maybe devices do come around more often than other objectives... I had my bad string of devices on London. There wasn't a game I wouldn't get them. They will make you rage quit, rage die and/or rage-missile.
I rage-promoted 4 characters yesterday, seeing as I have no equipment, I figured I should play a few games anyway. This will prevent me from attempting with sub-par equipment. lol

Morning HoF update!

Gonna call kocka out for not doing it on giant hazard
Read the new rules concerning Collectors, Heroicscrub:P
BOW before my N7 or something like that.
In all seriousness, though, I had so many fails at this due to bad objectives and just bad gameplay, that I figured I might as well get my Giant waves completed as well. I had a couple in the 30's and one in the 31's, kept getting a ton of devices and targets, with a good mix of tankbees as well.

Gonna do the insanity challenge now, hoping for sub 30. My first insanity challenge by the way, because I really like this week's theme. Legion is one of my favorite characters of the series and I absolutely love sniping!

new rules. Weak! Anyways, I am going to retry this challenge again. No worries on the HOF though, that scrub Kocka is about to get dropped big time. I was on pace to shave 15 minutes off my destroyer run doing the hardcore challenge before wave 10 devices where 2 and 3 were in the middle. Get ready to bow before my low N7 Kocka:police:

@heroic: yeah, I made the adjusted rule for ps3 people since the hazard difference is not all that great on this map anyway. lol kocka has taken the battle to you. I'm now more comfortable towards the end of the pack.
Its cool. It just means I can use the easier map for the challenge as well. Also, I am not worried about him as I have only begun retrying the hardcore challenges.

Yeah you definitely shouldn't be worried. I have like a 1 minute lead and the only one I can really improve on is the Novaguard. Not sure I want to grind out any solo's versus Cerberus for great objectives.
@Dida- good time on Jade?cerberus. Watch Heroic's video of that challenge for spawn control. Worked for me like 90% of the time. Sometimes there was a small spawn in the upper labs, but they were always pillars or the low spawn in between pillars and burning labs.

Definitely gonna redo this one. My sniping in the first few waves was horrible.
What ammo do you use for this challenge? I did my solo with Incendiary ammo, since it's nice to quickly finish enemies with fire explosions. Warp ammo would also be worth considering because Collectors have a lot of barriers.

Warp Ammo is probably the best with Phasic closely behind it.Hendrix137 wrote...

Incendiary IV: 623 against Health & Armor and primes for (weak) fire explosions
Warp IV: 748 against Health & Armor, 1496 against Barriers

It was definitely my best spawn control. If you are interested

Hmmm I don't think Phasic ammo is necessary when you have Overload. I think I have to agree with Warp ammo being the best though:

I used warp, but having Possessed Captains live after a head shot was kind of upsetting. Still think it is better than phasic, especially once all the crabs show up.

ooooh sweet. I am definitely doing this week's challenge. GI vs Collectors....sounds challenging and fun.
Sure you're up for it?
Improved my time a little bit, also have a video - but won't upload until I get a time closer to Hendrix'.

Objectives: Pizza/Hack/Devices

It isn't necessary, but it allows you to one-shot a Captain outright. With WA, you always have to shoot them twice or Overload first.Hendrix137 wrote...
