This hurts you - hardcore - video

So, before doing this one, I did a glacier solo speed run and put on AC V as the gear. I forgot to change it for the challenge and realized it after starting the game. I put on cyclonic IV and etc (which the store is refusing to give me) and decided to go with it as I didnt want to waste them. I just used 6 missiles and treated the game as if I only had 6. Started nuking only from wave 8. 

For a small map like Glacier, the time is not great, I was going for the the 10 WS but got downed in wave 10 trying to take down the target.

Non-optimal setup because I didn't want to respec- used the Arc Pistol (of course). Super troll objectives (especially since I only had 1 rocket for 10). Also died wave 2 which made me have to be very cautious for the 5 waves survived.

Second time done, first time i accidentally clicked the a button after extraction^^ This game was way better, got 10 Waves survived. Died 3 times on extraction, lol. Only used the Car, because i hate the csmg

Haestrom, thermonuclear - hardcore
Pretty bad run to be honest but I don't wanna redo this so soon. So, here it is. 
Objectives: Devices > Devices > Devices
Died on wave 3 and had to use 3 rockets in that wave (well, 2 of them were rage rockets)
It was a struggle to get 5 WS from there on with all the stunlocking BS and hence a very slow progress.



Used the adas. Arc pistol will be used for the insanity version.
No sabotage build (may respec and put points in it if I redo this later)
Disruptor IV, AR rail amp III, power efficiency III, geth scanner V

Yeah, the insanity challenge this week is a lot more difficult than last week's. I just gave it a couple attempts, died wave 5 and 6. lol Gonna take a few for this one. Love the arc pistol though. Edit: typo

It's actually quite tough tbh, even more to me as I rarely use the arc pistol. I just can't get a hang of that gun. I tried the insanity version now  with shield power cells (have only cyclonic I atm) and got dropped on wave 8. As usual, the game decides to spawn pyros just a few feet behind me. <_<
I am gonna wait till I get a cyclonic III or IV.

The spawns on this challenge are ridiculously bad. I was laughing out loud at some actually.

Kill a Hunter, and 10 other spawn behind you to avenge their fallen brother! Spaaace magic!

Haestrom, Thermonuclear Insanity Challenge (more like Hardcore, since I have 5 Waves Survived)



I was sooo bummed out too! I made It all the way to Wave 10, only to have a Combat Drone Stagger me so I couldn't side step around the corner fast enough or use an Ops Pack. A Geth Rocket Trooper brought my shields down, and the Geth Prime took me out! >.<
 
All I was trying to do was get a good angle on the target, which was another Geth Prime as my first missile failed to switch targets. I used my last remaining missile on it along it with a Geth Rocket Trooper, and it still failed to switch targets. So I ended up dealing with the last 2 Geth Primes normally. I extracted without using another Medigel though and had 1 remaining Ops Pack.

Wave 3, Targets. I used a missile on the Geth Prime and Geth Pyros and it switched targets to the Geth Pyro.

Wave 6, Devices. Really easy, the first one was at the LZ and the three remaining were on the other side of the map. I did the last 3 without disturbance . lol

Wave 10, Targets.

Wave 9,  I used a missile at the start of the wave because a Geth Prime and two Geth Rocket Troopers spawned behind me unexpectedly. then another when all them were together for a killstreak. and one more for the last Geth Primes to save on time.

I was using GriM's build. 6/6/6/6/0

Disruptor Rounds IV, Pistol Amp III, Cyclonic Modulator IV and Survivor Loadout V.

I love using the Arc Pistol and I've had an accidental Silver solo without equipment vs Collectors/Vancouver with her before, so I felt that I'd be more comfortable with the Insanity challenge rather than the Hardcore one. lol
