I took no risks, mission came first. Off duty I am still a nice guy. I am pro council and aliens, but I sacrificed the council, once more, mission came first. This means I did a lot of bad things and one day I will have to pay for that, but at least I know I and those I sacrificed are going to be the ones who have to pay the price, not the whole galaxy. I never demand things from others that I am not willing to do myself, most of the times, I want even less from them. I ain't trusting no one, but you can be sure that they would like me anyhow (strangely most people do)
Will you play the same as ME1 in ME2

I can play Mess Effect just one way: The way I would decide.

I have multiple characters, and each of them will remain the same as they were in ME1.

My main runthrough will be using the save I have with my Paragade soldier; mostly paragon with a few renegade incidents here and there (f.ex.: Manuel's face always get to say hi to Shepard's fist).

My two characters will remain the same. One who does whatever it takes to get the job done and to ensure the danger never returns, even if that means killing off the entire Feros colony and letting the terrorists in BDtS kill the hostages. That also applied to letting the console die and putting Udina in charge. She did tell Anderson to go to Udina's office though, just to give him a bit of payback for back-stabbing her.
The other character is totally Paragon. Do anything to save people-type. The lives of other people come first, before any mission and even if it means allowing an enemy to escape.

For the characters I intend to import (ergo, all of them. Hell yes), I will be preserving the essential character of each one, along with their class, and appearence. Its nice that we get the option to change all that, but for me, the sense of continuity is appealing.
Once I've worked through the initial playthroughs, I'll certainly start mixing things up a bit more (its what helps keep the game fresh no matter how many times you play it).
