And, as stated above, also use the shredder mod

Phoenix Adept or Vanguard of course.

If you play Gold (something most people at your level should not be doing), at least be a team player. Prioritize the objectives, use equipment/consumables (your Reegar will shine with proper equipment), get the extraction done, and use a mic.

Read through the library thread at the top to get a lot of helpful information for almost everything. Everything else will come through gameplay and practice.
That's probably the best advice. Read up on some of the more complex(ish) mechanics and play the game often.
Or alternatively, I hear the N7 Destroyer with a striker and acolyte can dominate easily.

Aren't we all stalking each other anyway ?
And to answer OP : you just need to keep playing.

Use that on a Human soldier or infiltrator for some easy bronze games and Silver if you have the chops for it.
At least skim through this: http://social.biowar.../index/16519288
Pick up some tricks and tips from the numerous guides in there.
If you're looking for different builds to experiment with Crimson Vanguards build library is a good place to start: http://social.biowar.../index/14641831
Otherwise just repeat the game ad naseum and try to get your fave weapons as soon as possible by luck.

so using a character like the human adept will mean there is very little damage output difference between your manifest now, and a maxed manifest. this is because you wont really use your guns much, so it wont matter what level they are at.

Wait okay, I feel stupid. I've been playing since day like 10 (I'm a solo first multi last), and I rarely play multi so my manifest sucks. But I thought the reegar was a decent weapon, I still see people using it, I just obtained mine but I'm a power not gun user so it's irrelevant to me at the moment at level one. So what it's a complete piece of crap or something?
A lot of people think it's a crutch gun because it kills too fast and is easy to just pick up and use right off the bat. It doesn't make much sense to me, but that's why you see the reegar hate.

Don't worry I'm a teamplayer. Well 'domination' was a bit exaggerated, I just want to improve and a lot of your suggestions were really helpful so far. Everyone has to start as a noob except if your name's Shepard.
Like a lot of people have said, just playing will teach you a lot. Take a look at some of the guides people from here have posted on Youtube like Invaderone and Stardusk. There is a ton of stuff on youtube that will help you and will show you with gameplay so you can see the advice in action. Also, it helps to hook up with people to play with you. There are people around here that will run some games with you and not care what your skill level is.

The things you really need to 'dominate' are the character kits themselves. When you get a build and a playstyle that works for you; that's when you succeed.
This.
What someone else uses may not always fit you.

Dominating computer enemies that do the same thing "everytime," isn't anything special, just another reason why skills don't mean shyt in this game.

Do you have kits like TSol, TSent, Ghost, GI, SI? Guns like Widow, BW, Javelin, Crusader, Saber, Talon, Wraith, Harrier, Hurricane? Try them out.
