This decision is so hard for me!! For the last month I was leaning toward adept. But just a few days ago it flipped on. Now it feels like I should keep my vanguard.... The release date is bearing down on me and I'm still no closer to an answer >__> frustrating

But again right now its looking like I'll go for the vanguard Champion, though that could easily change to a adept Bastion

LOL. I've started as a vanguard first in ME1, and will transfer my lv. 60 to ME2. Can't wait to use charge.



Oh and btw, vanguards > all other classes.

I think I'll play my soldier from ME1, who is going to become an adept, first and then try my vanguard. I love the look of charge, but the combinations of powers possible for the adept is just too attractive for me to resist.

No stasis in Mass Effect 2.But for unknown reasons vanguards dont have warp anymore...

Sentinel here. I only got the game recently, and I started with a sentinel, and didn't like how my char looked, so I thought I would try an engineer.



Well, I wish I had stayed with my sentinel, though the engineer was okay. So now I'm doing a run through on my new sentinel.



I don't think I have much interest in playing a adept, aside from trying to get the achievements for abilities it gives.

Adept all the way. The enemy can't kill you if they're flying through the air, or being ripped apart.

I'm actually having difficulty deciding. I was a vanguard through and through in ME1... but the feel of the class seems very different in ME2. And I intend to use the hand cannon, rather than the shotgun. So I'm not sure if there's enough point to being a vanguard. That and without armor restrictions my vanguard would be no more of a tank than an adept. So maybe adept, with one of the ammo powers as a bonus ability. I wish vanguard got concussive shot, but i don't feel like I'll use the other ammo powers as much. In ME1 I used explosive rounds on my pistol and I think concussive shot is the same thing.

Whatever happened to Sentinel love? lol That's always been my class because I feel its the most diverse, and from what I've seen of ME2 it's going to be the best for controlling the battlefield.
