Lol exactly. I don't understand this myth of Cumberbatch being considered attractive. Good actor but certainly not conventionally attractive, which is what the 'tall, dark and handsome' phrase means.

Personally I'm hoping for at least one human male LI who's a MoC. I'm sick of generic blond dudes. (why I'm fervently hoping Cullen is NOT a companion)

I don't mind people who are not "conventionally attractive". Personally I'm rather tired of it since they all look the same after a while lol

I'm mainly not hoping Cullen isn't a companion because he's an unstable psycho, but then considering what we have gotten before....<_< But yeah, some variety in hair colour and whatnot would be nice. At least the ladies aren't all blondes, we have burnettes, redheads and black-haired ladies to pick from.

I can understand.  While I don't personally find Cumberpatch attractive, I can think of several actors whom I find good looking that aren't considered conventionally attractive.  There is just something about them that I like, some sort of magnetism that even I can explain.

Also many of the people that are considered "conventionally" attractive, I find too "pretty".

I agree completely. 

And while I'm usually leading the charge of "finding unconventionally attractive people attractive," for some reason Benedict Cumberbatch doesn't seem to fall into that catagory for me. Though I think he's a fantastic actor.
