I have a horrible feeling that she's already stolen Morrigan's body.
I hope I'm wrong, but Morrigan just doesn't sound like..herself in the fires above trailer.
I think if Flemeth is still around, she'll likely save the protagonist early on, give them some obscure, mysterious advice and just disappear for the rest of the game, going about her business. I do hope Morrigan finally does away with her, though.

Gaider already explained about the voice. It is the same person. Flemeth had already regenerated her body in DA2 so it's Morrigan not Flemeth in Morrigan's body.

Here the speech. (H=Hawk, F=Flemeth)

And remember that Morrigan's ritual to save the Warden and have the child was learned from Flemeth.
So it seems that Flemeth knows (or suppuses) everything

Yes, I know, she's *potentially* dead because of the comic.
But when has that really held back a witch of the wild before?

I would love to have Yavana save us and become a companion. Then we can see how she drastically differs from Morrigan. Also, I killed Flemeth in Origins so when the Inquisitor meets her, I'll pay close attention to her every word.

I think Flemeth and the Inquisitor are going to get together and create a new OGB of their own (Flemeth has another way of doing it in her bag of tricks). Then a future Dragon Age installment will be "The Battle of the Old God Babies!" Kind of like Godzilla vs. Mothra with Hawke acting as the Master of Ceremonies and referee while Isabela serves refreshments and provides...other entertainment.

Or maybe not...

On topic: I have a feeling it's going to be another cryptic save for the Inquisitor at the beginning of the game by her.  She'll show up, say something vague, foreboding and connected to the plot, then leave.  I hope I'm wrong and BW will surprise me somehow.

Also, holy necromancy!  Some seriously powerful dark magic at work to get some of these threads back to life.  And here I was waking up and expecting a whole bunch of LI threads.
