Compared to every other alien race, they look the most human by far.

except asari

Asari are a bunch of space smurfettes. Their skin is blue(blue!) and they don't have any hair, but rather those tentacle things. Oh and they're amazones too.

Blue skin and head tentacles... versus dog legs and chicken feet, glowing eyes with some kind of concave lining of their head (making it thinner), and hands. And the fact that they have Dextro DNA.

No. Just... No.

You can try, a Loyalist knows no fear. Tratior!

I should hope not, Loyalist. Fearless foes are much more satisfying.

And Tratiors know fear, just ask your Warmaster after he fled when the Arch Tratior was killed by the Emperor.

And now you tire me, brother. I ´ve heard far too much empty boasting already.

Is that fear I hear in your words, Tratior?

will you be performing an execution?

That said, you completely made up the nature of bodily functions that Quarians use, and how it's comparable to human physiology.

You wouldn't happen to be related to the BSN poster Thundertactics would you?

Their physiology is comparable to that of humans. The only differences are: the Dextro based diet, the weakened immune system and that they're adapted to an eco-symbiotic environment.
Their sexual dimorphism is the same as well.

No, I don't know that guy/girl. I'm not on the forum enough, to know these people.

To be fair though, the SR1 wasn't a turian or krogan ship, so they weren't exactly in the same position as Ashley.

The Normandy was co-developed by the turians soon wih the Alliance. Turian design influence is very clearly seen in the architecture of he ship's interiors (the CO overlooks the crew from the galaxy map instead of being on the bridge).

Co-developed, but still an Alliance ship with Alliance tech.  The Tantalus drive, for example, is purely an Alliance development (until Cerberus nabbed it, the STG "acquired" it and the quarians mysteriously developed strikingly similar technology since Tali got back...)

.  Word of god says the Turians sold the tech to the quarians.

The militaristic Turians sold their advanced technology to ME's equivalent of gypsies, really? Do they even have a formal diplomatic relationship? Doesn't make much sense, for example the US hasn't released the F-22 to our own allies...

I will guess that this was Twitter Canon or something like that to prevent BSN tantrums from the Talimancers and Quarian lovers. If Tali had stolen the technology it would be understandable, for her the right decision would be to choose her people over any loyalty to Shepard.

He's the Tali fan who made a chemical analysis of Quarian sweat.

Are you one of those people that thinks Tali and Shepard can have a hybrid child?

They're either genetically comparable or they aren't. By all accounts, they aren't. Do you know what "comparable" means and implies?

Their sexual dimorphism is the same as well.

What does this have to do with anything? Human-like sexual dimorphism is seen in other apes too, but we can't go and reproduce with chimps despite sharing more than 98% of our DNA with them.

But they don't have any males. Asari might almost look more human, but life span, sexual dimorphism, gender and way of reproduction are totally different.

God no, of course Tali and Shep can't have children. Their DNA is completely different, Javik points that out many times. I was just comparing body functions and physical appearance. Asari, are a special case with reproduction anyway, since they can reproduce with members of any gender or species.

We don't even know how long quarians live, nor do we know how they reproduce.

I'm going to end this thread on my terms. I fight for freedom mine and everyone's. I fight for the right to choose our own fate and if I'm banned I'll be banned knowing I did everything I could to stop the mods. And I'll be banned free.

Okay, I'm closing this. Arguments are going in circles, everyone is just restating their opinions. Also, the amount of off topic posts here is a bit much.

That Gypsies comment is really over the limit. They're temporary nomads, just like many other great people of the world, the Tuareg, the Bedu etc.

Anyway, the accusation of Tali is total speculation. For all we know, it could have been a pro-Quarian Shep that gave the Quarians this technology.
