And she has either the classic acolyte/hurricane combo or the CSMG.
After seeing a friend toping the board as a lvl 17 fury with a spitfire (we all had silly kits/loadouts), I wonder if any weapon can really hinder her.

I think a weapon on her is more for accessorizing.  Sort of like an LV.

I don't use her often, but when I do, I slap the Locust and Talon on her. Works well enough.

I use the CSMG & Acolyte. Acolyte is only for Atlas' and Primes when I'm by myself and there's no one else around to drain the shields, it isn't necessary for anything else. May actually pull out the acolyte about 5-6 times in an entire platinum game.

Acolyte is just so damn good on her with the Hurricane of course.

1)It's an instant shield recharge if their in AF.
2)It stuns fairly well
3)It deals with shields which is the only thing that BE's kind of suck against.
4)Ultralight.

What's this fascination with trying to ice skate uphill by gimping a load out? i mean if you're playing the fury you're using a cheesy score boarding biotic goddess. Why not use her to her full potential? Use the cheese it tastes goooooodd.

If I just had to use something else, it would be the Talon.

Talon. Use BE's for crowd control and weakening. One talon shot near the head should finish them fairly well.

I prefer acolyte and hurricane since a charged acolyte shoots while sprinting.

Go with Talon then. Not as good as the hurricane/csmg + acolyte combo, but still very good.

I use the Talon or Scorpion/SMG combo when I play her. The Acolyte is more efficient, but I can't use charged weapons because I've got bad hands.

I prefer the Talon or CSMG with Warp Ammo. I can play long range with DC and shoot (Say, in a hack or something) and still be effective. 90% of the time I'm just Throwing though.

no need vs. reapers/collectors.

On xbox, the game has an annoying tendancy to sometimes switch your weapons when you don't want it to if you press the reload button too hard or too long.

The Acolyte lets you take care of phantoms in a second, which makes it hard to beat.

I prefer the Talon though.

if you need: cyclonic mod 3 on gold or 4 on plat:police:
