Not so fast, everybody has jobs and lives outside of ME (heresy I say!)

We're on different timezones, but this IS happening. My work sched until Fri isn't gonna be good to get it going, but certainly by the weekend.

Stik, if it's easier send me an XBOX friend request (you can kick me after), I'll do the same and we can make this happen by the weekend.

Played a couple of "naked fury" plats yesterday, was the last one standing in WAVE 8 on one, and placed second in the other. Not saying I'm the greatest FURY ever (o.k., maybe the second best ever), but it does show that playing a power based FURY with only permanent gear is possible.

Can't wait to see what Stik can do.

 Talon. HB and PM. Geth scanner, Adrenaline mod and AP IV. For mooks you headshot to remove shield gate and then splode. For bosses you  DC, shoot, throw splode, AF/throw splode, shoot, AF/throw splode, shoot etc.

I ran into quebra in a lobby all readied up with his Justicar and commando package (no equipment). He then decided to leave almost immediately. Shame.

Truth...  I had just respec'd my JUSTICAR, and haven't played that class much.  I was going to expereiment to see if this class could also play sans any non-perma gear, but then thought better of it.  No need to inflict my expereiment on everyone else.  Will have to revisit the expereiment another time.  It actually brings up the question of what other builds are PLAT worthy without consummable gear (not talking meds, rockets, etc.)?  I'm pretty sure the JUGGY could qualify.

I did get a screen photo last weekend of a commando gear only plat match with the fury where I came in number ONE (with extraction).  I'll post it up this week.

Again, how can I play sooo many PUGS and no one on the forum has ever seen my FURY?!?!?  All good, it's not that big a community, soon or later we will play (I'll be offline for the nexxt few days).

In the interim, if you see me, feel free to send me an invite if you want to play.

How do you like that FURY weapon build?  Does it make sens to go with weapons on the FURY over other kits that really enhance weapons?


Then again, If I had a HARRIER or PPR 10 I might just go that way with my classes too.    I'd like to play with someone with that build sometime and see how it compares.  The one person I have seen with the no AF FURY with a widow was a misery fail.

Hmm, compulsive obsessed hoarder?  CHECK! 

Besides that obsessive personality deficiency, I find it much more apetizing to jump into an underway PLAT PUG with a no-consumable kit, then to get trolled by a group with less than 20hrs in the game who all die off on the first wave.

I also think that it's not neccessarily the best test of skill if one loads up on IV gear.  Enuff gear can fix most slop, bad builds, or allow for some lounging around during the match.  Ultimately, always loading up with top gear isn't sustainable in the long run.

I have enough level IV gear to keep me going forever as long as I keep buying PSP/AP/RPs. Killing faster helps the team, period.
