There was that time when Wyld was running throught the forest in a 1940's library outfit. Clothing torn from catching the passing branches. Running from a wild man eating Tiger.

When suddenly from seemingly everywhere, a loud wailing cry was heard and a man dressed in a loin cloth came swinging through the tree's and wrestled that Tiger into submission.

When it was over he looked down at Jerry-Ann.

"Me, Radcliffe. You, Jan".

The rest was a crash course in future etiquette and eloqution lessons so Wyld was as surprised as anyone when he joined the Alliance and got promoted to Captain

Looks like Soniri has some skeletons in her closet too :)

Man I thought we were getting close to the end but the more I read, the more it seems our story is in its early adolescence. Goooood

What about the time detective Radcliffe and his plucky assistant Jerry-Ann uncovered the true secret of the Baskervilles?

Or when Radcliffe flew the Kessel run in less than 12 parsec's and Wyld forgot her razor?

Or when Wyld was tied to a sacricial pole atop a mountain to a giant gorilla who fell in love with her and Radcliffe had to rescue her and bring her back to New York with the Gorilla who decided to go sight seeing atop the Emprie State wih Wyld i tow?

Well, I posted. Had to have Rea at least semi-lucid about the world around. It is all working out great as far as I can tell. I don't know what Khambilo and Shotgun J have planned (well maybe a little on SJ's part) but somethin needs to go all up in fire!

Hey, if the Baldurjack thing is tough, dontcha worry. Go back to Wyld for a bit!

Much as I'd like to, I promisd myself I wasn't going to get bogged down in the details. I approached this rpg shooting from the hip. Keeping the touch light and easy going is the key here. Fall away from that and thing's start to drag.

So it is with great pleasure that I say I've gotten to the end of BJ's part till the end game. Which mean's I can now focus on Wyld and Momma. And Steiner and Bablyon.

And Terra Firma.

And Mech's.

And Misfit's.

And orbital misadventures.

And naked time due to shock. It's a totally medical practice I assure you.

After all. If Bastion's going to be a hub filled with every species there is. Why not invite the pro human group Terra Firma along for the party?

Given the seriousness of the task at hand. And the outlook of certain individual's. It should make for a good dramatic enviroment where professional soldier's square off against a political party with a purely pro human agenda. With the idea of forcing these two groups to work together.

As for Momma. I've got idea's for that little AI.

Just silly time.

Rea is still underground, Arkeer is still underground I believe.  There's no love for us because we are not at Camp Passion.  Unless the Reaper is trying its best Romeo and Juliet with the asari, but I get the distinct impression that this isn't exactly a balcony in the moonlight speech its pitching....

They say , you know, that Rea was once at the top fighter training school, but that she had a moment of self reflection after she lost her partner in a flat spin crash that went out to sea.  But then she came back and saved the day.  There was also rock and rolll music involved....

Okay, enough sillies.  Though yeah, apparently not everyone can have as much fun as Zia, and Naomi, and Wyld.  I'm a little Jelly! Image IPB

Wylds been given the job of raising an army. BJ kinda got in the way of her exit but from were she got Zia out the Brig to the reveal of Momma, through Gizmo, she's on track to leave the base.

In fact, now I'm done with BJ for now, I've been writing up Wyld's and Momma's excursion outward to track down a beacon signal from one Commander Steiner. While getting to know Momma a bit better.

I know right?

Who hasn't prayed to God as they try to drop one out.

Oh, you mean the whole...... Well yes. I said at the start. Baldurjack is a dead man walking. He was alway's intended to go out with a bang. It's one of the reason's he was written to be so outrageous. He wouldn't be around as long as other's make his mark.

Still. His character has been a fabulous one to write for. Half in the moment. Half living in his own world. But if I'd kept him and Dougal then Wyld and Momma would have competition for who can see the most aparation's.

It's nice to finally get that 'tip of the spear' phrase out as being a call back to who he actually was while he was Baldurjack. And like his bio say's. No one will ever know who he truely was. Though a cross between Arnold Rimmer and Colonel Blimp springs to mind.

Naleena... er.... Sgt. Nasyra Soniri

But who is the sarge in all of this? Just some freelance contractor who got into bit of a mess. She may have gotten out of it, then the Reapers showed up. She's even been a war hero for six months.

Gee, I make her sound like she's one of the "good guys" when she's a lying, cheating, s***, thief, and murderer, and very, very good at all of them for... let's see... around 150 years. She probably started the lying, cheating, s*** part about 250 years ago. Then she got into the thieving part along with the dancing about 200 years ago, and added the murder 50 years later. She even had a code of honor which is how she stayed alive in that business for so long. But she's been a war hero for six months. Doesn't that excuse everything?

She may even have had potential as a successor to Aria in a couple hundred years.

Now, what fate awaits her? Alas everything will be over before we find out.
