Playoff52, if you are reading, mega apologies. I corrected my entry with your character to show you were a Slayer, and not an infiltrator. For some reason, his code name 'Shadow' or his initial code name I should say, threw me off and I weirdly made up he was a Shadow. Anyway, that there is corrected....

Regarding Naomi...well, she'd becomeing more interesting. A flag reference is coming up, by the way. And I'm removing another character from the story...though not in a bad way...just a way to close out the character until the end unless the author wants to come back and write.

So what is it gang -- Citadel or return to Earth? I'm at the cross roads. We can go either direction.

I would pop the question..... what is Ranassa's motivation at this point. Is there any reason to stay on the Citadel...... or is there a compelling reason to return to Earth.

I'd rather see Ranassa's motivations dictate her actions and what it comes down to is that shes already where we want to be. The next question is, what does she do now she's waiting 5 hours for the crucible.

One thing is possibly go rescue the council, provided they are still alive. Maybe the destiny ascenson can contact them after discovering they have her as an asset.......

Or any of the fleet's can contact them and ask for her assistance in some matter.

Or since she's going to be a Spectre.... maybe go raid the spectre supply's, see if any Spectre's are tied down in their office and start clearing the loading dock for possible landings by shuttles from the fleet?

But it all comes down to what Ranassa see's as what is the best thing to do under the circumstances. Unless a reason appears that makes her decide that returning would result in a useful consequence I see her staying on the Citadel doing C-Sec's job for them.

SJ, I want to answer but it is too hard for me. You should do what inspires you to write. The goal is for you to stay interested. If you are, you'll write interesting stuff. Ride the horse the direction it is going in, is my general answer...until something is so inspirational it takesyou in a different direction.

And those two links, RB...HAHAHA! I really think that isn't the best way to get back to Earth though....just sayin'

I've got it figured out. I'm going to edit the last one a little bit. The sarge and Marisa are going to the Presidium ring.... alone. The rest have got to protect that terminal and keep the reapers from closing the Citadel. Sometimes even smart characters don't do smart things.

Sorry, I have some Asari using racial slurs for Salarians and other races, but we know how superior Asari think they are. And Mass Effect has always promoted this kind of thing.

It would be great if she could lure both sides into fighting each other instead of her.

No kidding. There are reapers and Salarians up there. I mean who needs Cerberus when you have STG? And there's C-sec, but they're the good guys who are going to get pounded, and she doesn't dare call one of her troops over because she's got two pair of commandos, and they work in pairs. Marisa? Poor thing. The weak link in the chain. Basically a civvie who knows how to shoot somewhat. And the damned toads have her on camera with a dead Turian Spectre using his hand to break into the Spectre Armory. "She killed him! Yes, she did! See? See? There's her pistol!" "Who was that? Lorik Tarsus. Check his bank account. Look! She used his money, too!"

Be sure to listen to the music at the beginning and end. They are important.

Thanks, RB for the suggestions. I've got this thing moving again. There's remnants of a STG squad - 7 + Reapers vs. Naleena & Marisa. "Marisa, have you ever shot anyone?" .... sheepishly "No." "It's simple. Aim and shoot."
