hello

Bought the game a week ago. Redeemed Stone prisoner. Downloaded fine. Startet a game up and got the quest.
Now when i login in-game i cant load my game. it says : To load this saved game, an owner of the following premium content must log in : The Stone Prisoner

Anyone..?


And when i login in-game the stone prisoner is not authorized. .. and if i start a new game it says i have to login to get the stone prisoner..

Verify that the Dragon Age Content Updater Service is running. When you login, the game tries to go out to the servers and verify that you own the downloadable content you have installed. If the service isn't running it can't do that. Try manually starting it before you start the game:





1.) Press the windows key + R (or click Start and then RUN) and type in services.msc and press ENTER

2.) Locate the Dragon Age: Origins - Content Update in the list of services.

3.) Right click it and select START



If the service isn't starting, or is missing, there is more troubleshooting information in section 3 of the Redeemed DLC Troubleshooting FAQ



There is also a beta fix available, which for me has resolved most of my issues with the service starting automatically when the game launches.
