@Lord Raijin:  You're right - before I pluck out his last eye, I'm going to make Sir Pounce A Lot fall in love with my Inquisitor and rename him Abomination Hater.  And he'll watch Abomination Hater curl up happily in my lap as a red hot poker takes his sight from him.

Nothing's too good for my dear Anders.

I wonder if I could teach Abomination Hater to claw an eye out of a head...

You know, I never realized this, but anders forhead is perfect for a nice sunburst mark.

A man who lights a building full of people on fire, and then goes to save said people from the fire, is still the **** selfish ****** who set the fire in the first place.

Doesn't deserve anything but a footnote in histroy reading "the war between the mages and templars, and subsequent chaos that followed, occured when one of the champion of kirkwalls companions was being a dick and blew up a bunch of people." and that's the end of it.

There is no controlling a demon. Once you summon them, they'll kill everything in the area or try to possess it. The best course of action is to

1. Not summon them.
2. If you summon them, run as fast as you can to avoid them turning on you.

Unless the demon happens to find some benefit in serving the blood mage, in which case you may be royaly ****ed as it will no doubt be using you until it no longer has need of your services and will promptly kill, possess, or ignore them as it does whatever the heck it wants.

Thats why you need to have experience of controling blood magic to control the demons that you summon, and know exactly who you are summoning so you can defeat it if it tries to defy you at any time.

Uldred is an example of a weak blood magic despite him being a senior mage. He had little experience of the forbidden art, especially summoning demons.

You guys - Anders had like... A LOT of bad days in his life.

He didn't get Tranquilized the first six times he fled from those even oppressive Circles that Tranquilize mages at the drop of a hat...

And THEN - the Wardens didn't hunt him down for being a total coward and gutting him where he stood.

He deserves to blow up at least one building... right?

Show me, in canon, a person who is known to be able to control demons who was using just blood magic alone.

All Anders want is a pretty girl, a decent meal, and the right to shoot lightning at fools. Whats wrong with that?

.....Did you just compare Loghain to Anders? A person who made a tactical retreat while also trying to stop Cailan from being on the front lines who outright does regret the mistakes he has made to a terrorist who cares nothing about the people he is fighting for, if he did he would know not every mage feels the way he does?
