Edit:Except Leliana but she was aiding the mages and we know how Magisters love having slaves.

I am really not in the mood to argue with you, as we have had this conversation before.MisterJB wrote...

Lambert is not the leader of the Templar's but the leader of the Seeker of Truth. The leader of the Templar's is the Knight-Divine second in command is the Knight-Vigilant and third Knight-Commander.
And as far as mages rebelling... if what Lambert did was within the right so were the mages. The person who provoked the war between the mages and the Templar's was in fact a very incompetent Grand Cleric from Kirkwall. She didn't do crap about what her Knight-Commander was doing to the mages, and to the city. She just stood around and done nothing. While she was highly respected in the city people were sending secret letters asking for a replacement.
It is my understanding Lambert authority as Lord Seeker overshadows that of the Templar Order, because the Seekers are the overseers of the Order.
Elthina's neutrality didn't provoke the war. Anders did.

I thought we mostly agreed Adrian could use with the loss of an head or a sun-brand on her forehead and ended it there.

Please, Bioware, give us the option to Tranquilize Adrian in Dragon Age:Inquisition. If anyone has it coming, it is her. It would be the perfect punishment.

Just prior to nullifying the Nevarran Accord Lambert and the 15 Knight-Commanders had a brief meeting. The 15 K.C agreed to the nullifying of the NA. This indicates that Lambert was not their leader, and had them agree prior to sending the offical letter.
Templar order and Seeker of truth are two separate military organzations.
If you don't want to do it, fine. That's why it's called an option.Lord Raijin wrote...
No... just no.

Just like there was an option between Annuling and defending the Circle. That way, both pro-templars and pro-mages were satisfied.

Fine by me. Have fun.Lord Raijin wrote...
I want to see how a templar would react if they were given the brand. I do want to see how a mundane reacts if they were made tranquil. I hope Bioware show us this option.

If they went with Rage, I would a more complex battle than just a little fiery demon that dies from a single cone of cold. Hopefully they can give us a good boss battle.
How deliciously evil:devil:. I like the way you think, man.AresKeith wrote...

Maybe a combo of Pride and Rage

Only because Adrian forced this conflict by killing Pharamond. Rhys was out of options at that point. War was the last option they had left.

Uh didn't Pharamond begged Adrian to kill him? He did not want to become tranquil again. He even begged Cole to kill him in his dark cell. I consider his death as an act of mercy, not murder or a assasination. Who the hell wants to become an emotionless freak? And Ryhs, as the new representives of a far greater group had the final choice of surrendering to the templars/seekers/Chantry... but what came out of his mouth was "Let's fight". He initiated the fight, Not Adrian.

So what is the Inquisition then? They are 100% autonomous?
So I'm guessing our authority will mostly be established by force?
