Hello there!
A search on Google turned up no viable results. Is
there a way (other than grabbing a mirror and doing it on foot) to come
up with the right combination to make your ME2 Shepard look like your
ME3 Shepard?
I'd call it Backwards Importing. Some kind of chart
that guides you in selecting the right value on ME2's DNA code to
coincide with ME3's, since they're different.
Thanks in advance.

Well there is something like a "face code" displayed in your Shep's profile which is used for normal import but I have no idea if it would work backwards.

Try entering 3's facecode in 2. Some features were added in three, so they won't come out right in 2, but for the most part the numbers correspond. Minor tweaking is a hell of a lot easier than trying to recreate from scratch.

YES THERE IS!
MASS EFFECT FACE CODE CONVERTER
Go for the the HTML version. Works perfectly! I could get all off my ME3 faces into ME1!
It also worked well when transfering ME3 faces into ME2 by the sliders. Just take the ME3 code, copy it there, get the sliders and move them accordingly.
