I just encountered a very strange bug on Manaan. When I trie to go from West Central to East Central, I instead go to the Startup Screen, but I can't move the Mouse or select an Option. This only happens, when I try to leave to East Central, but when I leave to West Atho, everything works just fine. I tried several of my latest Saves, but ir did not help.
Just in case here is a list of the Mods I use:

Oddly enough, I had the exact same problem as you, but I think I managed to fix it.
It appears to be a problem with the Sunry Murder Recording Enhancement mod. Installing the mod only appears to move the manm26ae file into the module folder. However, there are a number of other folders located in the tslpatdata folder. If you manually copy and paste these files (except Info, changes and manm26ae) into the Override folder, you should be able to get into East Ahto without any problems. At least, that's what fixed it with my game.

I tried your solution and uninstalling the mod, but nothing helped. Do I need to load a save from before my first visit on Manaan, because of the Module file?

I didn't need to start again, once all of the files were in the correct places the game worked perfectly fine from a save when I was already on Manaan. If you've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the mod properly, maybe one of the other mods is causing the problem. Do any of the other mods you're using alter something about Manaan?

The only other mod should be the Kotor Texture Pack 2012, link: http://www.lucasforu...ad.php?t=207074 , but it always worked fine for me.
EDIT: I tried to simply uninstall every mod i have, but again nothing worked. It seem my save file is corrupted. I will test this now by using the Save, that comes with BOS:SR.
EDIT2: With the Save from BOS:SR I had no Problems, which means, my Save File has to be corrupted.
