Before DA2 was out we knew about a few character and about the combat system. Now what would you like to see before DA:I comes out? What would you rather not have revealed?

If it is companions then I would have BioWare not show any of them if possible. Or just 1 or 2 they need for marketing. After all I would rather it be a suprize :D

Definitely combat system.

I trust Bioware to make a story that's interesting, despite my misgivings about the trailer. But, while I did not dislike DA ]['s combat system, I definitely want to know where we stand on that issue.

Also, the dialog system would be really nice as well. I've given up on RPing correctly, but I do want to see if it allows more freedom than DA ][.

You have a point there with the dialog system. It would be sweet if whet we chose actually was what our PC said. Not something I completely did not expect my character to say. It'd rather have the options state the full sentence instead of a general idea. After all "general" idea can be very wide.

Ohh yeah. Also some talk about the crafting system if there is one plus maybe the customizations possible in game for both our base of operations and gear related?

Companions - I like dream up different party combinations in my head before release.  To do that I need to know about the companions.

Character Creation Options - What are the backgrounds and specialzations that are available to me?  Basically I like to design my character before I play the game.

Ability Trees - What are all the spells?  Bioware never releases all of stuff.  It's up to some fan to smuggle the ability trees from some trade show and post them all on the forums in a thread.  And then I print them out and think through all of the combinatory possibilites.  It's great.  Why doesn't Bioware release these things?  Blizzard will do this for their games with talent calculators.  I've spent tons of times playing around with talent calculators in WoW and Diablo 3.  It appeals to me on some deep level.

The Dirt - In addition, I want the devs to spill the beans.  (As Rorschach once asked "Got any beans?")  You know, I want the forums to descend into Bioware-tagged madness where features and reasoning get discussed into the ground.  Into the ground!

Lore Stuff - Any new factions or historical events of importance?  Tease them with lore entries on the website ahead of release.

Pretty Things -  Show some architecture, people.  And some regional clothing.  Got any environments featuring color palettes drastically different than what we got in the last game.  Release the Hounds.  Of art.

Continuing on this, I'd love to see more of the supposedly new art style they chose, if only because the ones used by previous DA games weren't satisfactory in the least.

Top priority for me is the PC version's gameplay. I'm relaxed about everything else; I don't mind a bit of mystery to a game's run-up to release.

This ^, and who the Companions and their voice actors/actresses are. Other than knowing the PC system requirements before hand, really all I care about knowing before the games release is info on the characters in the game :)

- Nothing protagonist or companions related. Like they did it in the teaser: no detailed info about the protag (face, origins, etc.) and although we saw familiar characters we don't know if they'll be companions. Good thing!

- The import system (whatever it'll be) should be revealed.

- Impressions of the different areas we'll visit.

- Combat (animations, speed, tactics, some skills, if enemies use the same skills, implementation of the wave mechanic, etc.)

- Inventory and loot system.

- Companion armor.

- Crafting.

- Non-combat solutions.

- Only a cursory overview of the story.

Personally, as little as possible regarding the plot and companions (though I know the latter at least won't happen:p). I love these sorts of things to be a surprise, but am far too weak-willed to stay away from the forums ...

I would like to see examples of gameplay - combat, whether there's a tactical camera, whether any non-combat skills are in the game - and perhaps a little about some of the specialisations we can expect to see, though again I'd like most of them to be a surprise. I'd love a demo/early release of the character creator, had tons of fun messing around with that prior to the release of Origins :)

Technical things only: HUD, Inventory and dialog system, combat, crafting (if any), travel system, CC... I'd rather not be spoiled on anything else (except what trailers would show us).

The combat system and an overview of the places we'll visit. I don't want to see the places, I just want to know that they'll be in-game lol. I also don't want to know about companions, so I'll be doing my best to totally avoid spoilers. ><

Nothing. I want to be surprised by all the things they add to the game. I hope they keep companions secret, especially.

Details about the protagonist, their possible backgrounds and their voices.
Game play details and what the HUD will look like (particularly the differences between playing on the Xbox and on PC).
There is part of me who would love to know who the companions are (particularly if one of them is Cullen), but part of me would also like it to be a surprise that you discover whilst playing the game.
